I have stopped at this store a couple dozen times. The customer service at the store is impeccable. Every single one of them. The management must be proud.stopped by to purchase an item.Was very please with Mr Mariano who assisted me with my inquiry.Mr Mariano was professional, knowledgeable,kind, attentive, hospitable, patient, visibly hard at work,and prompt.He even thought me couple of things.Mariano thank you for being YOU.Keep up the good work.His caulige was also busy at work delivering exceptional service.I am sure it's impossible to Please everyone....you guys achieve over and beyond.i Did not end up purchasing anything.But I left smiling,smarter,and optimistic.

The guys at this shop are always super helpful, even when you come in with some unusual non-automotive need or question. I was looking for o-rings and the guy helped me search the store for all kinds of secret stashes of o-rings. Top notch service.

Amazing customer service! Turned onto Blossom Hill Drive and heard a loud scraping noise. Immediately turned into O'Reilly's parking lot. My bumper was disconnected and the underskirt was dragging. A young man, named Jaedan(sp?) helped me figure out what came loose, what to buy, and then put it all back together again in less than 15 min. Cost was under $10.00 but the positive experience is priceless! Wow! Thank you!

Went the location for a battery exchanged. They did want to do the exchange. Because their computer said it was specialty. Well no it's not. I had already did all the work for them. Removed brackets. What I asked was to lift out the old and set the new one in. I had this request because of a bad back. So O'reily has lost their touch and a customer for life. I will never visit another store. Welcoming AutoZone
