This O'Reilly sucks so much. They can't even answer the phone properly and when asked a question, they'll put you on hold then hang up on you. I called in multiple times to get a quote and see if they have the item in stock at the store. I was left on hold for half an hour then once I got on the phone, they'll tell me to wait so they can check the prices or to see if they have in stock. However, during that time, I could clearly hear they're having side conversations with other workers and also helping the customers. I understand customers in-person have to helped then don't take me off of "hold" if you cant even fully assist me. On top of that I was also hung up multiple times that's why I had to call back and was put on hold again. Your momma didn't ask you to work at O'reilly, if you don't have the basic customer service to even assist and be kind to your customers then hop off the job. Just cause you work on project cars doesn't mean you should work at O'Reilly. Trying to get their discount when you lack consideration for people. I didn't get the name of the little boy I was speaking to over the phone but being kind doesn't take much.

This location doesn't always have what I need for my vehicle, but because they are able to search such a large database they always seem to find some thing that will work. It's hard to compare their prices with their competitors but as I have shopped around to other places, I would say that they are fairly close.

Very Very bad customer service. They never answer phones and once I was at the store , 2 associates was chit chat and ignored me . I approached them and one of them got the cell phone out and ignored me again. I think the hire wrong staffs . Need to get new staff otherwise the business will not last long. No one will come back here again .

Some things shouldn't be so highly overpriced no matter what type of niche you fulfill for the public. I mean the day I pay almost double and in some cases even more for the exact same item I can get at another store, I'd appreciate someone giving me a slap of common sense so I can come back to reality.
