It is very messy to train, it is not well organized and if you arrive 6 minutes late because it is raining you cannot go to class, it seems disrespectful to me, I do not recommend it.

First gym I've ever joined, and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I'm a complete beginner, Coach was super patient with me. Highly recommend!!

After recently moving to San Jose, I have been trying out different OTF studios in the area trying to find a good vibe with the coaching staff and location. I have a few favorites at this point and am all about the 3G classes. I am mostly at Rose Garden and Almaden, but may add Downtown to my rotation as the proximity to San Pedro Market is nice.I have only been here once and it happened to be with a coach that I have had at the Rose Garden, so it was that much more familiar.

I like that it is a full body workout and plenty of cardio. The instructors are very good at demonstrating weight floor exercises.

I'm going to start with the positive side of my review. I've been to this studio only once and had a very positive experience with the studio, the staff and my workout. Despite having a lot of people in the class, the instructor, Emma I believe, was paying attention to everyone and gave them advice to correct their movements. Amazing until day two! On day 2, I booked their 6 AM class and was at the studio at 6:01 because I was having troubles to find a good parking spot. They checked in a lady in front of me. So I'd say by the time I talked to the staff member, it was 6:02 AM. But when it was my turn to be assigned a station number, the staff member refused to check me in. I was told that since I was 1-2 minute late, OTF cancelled my booking and gave my spot to someone else on the waiting list. And that's their policy. I've been to many OTF studios, and have never heard of any policy like that. Knowing how I can be lazy sometimes in terms of reading terms and conditions, I thought this was something I missed when I signed the form they emailed me via DocuSign. So I went back and reviewed what I'd signed. And I could not find any mention of not letting you in if you are late within the 5 mins margin. I have attached screenshots of the terms and rules here. There was also no mention of this policy when I entered the class on the first day either. I really wanted to give three starts because of the positive side of my experience, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. It was by far my worst experience with an OTF studio since I joined in 2019. I'm still planning to go to this studio because of their schedule, so I'm hoping to have a more positive experience in the near future. Edit 1) @Louie: Thank you so much for your empathy and kind words, and for trying to clarify the situation for me. I must say I've been enjoying my workouts at this location very much. There's still one point of confusion for me. You mentioned a welcome package sent to me with a copy of local policies for this location on April 2022. However, I never signed up for any classes at this location prior to Aug 2022. And I did not receive any emails with a welcome package attachments for downtown location in Aug. So I'm guessing there must be some confusion in the system. You also mentioned a verbal communication, and I must say that the first time I heard about this policy from one of the staff was on the day I was refused to be admitted to the class. I understand that miscommunications and technical issues can happen and I discount that day as one unlucky workout day. What could help going forward though is letting people know about this policy when you ask for their credit cards on their first day. P.S. I'm already so impressed by this studio and loved the way you responded to me. So, I'm updating my review to 4 stars.

Absolutely love the workouts, the equipment, the coaches, and the staff. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the high cost. It's not affordable for everyone.

It's been 3 years since I last left OTF (due to work and personal reasons) and I am so happy I made the decision to return. The girls were so kind and Bobby is an excellent coach. He takes the time to correct your form without making you feel less about it. I love going in there knowing I can leave my thoughts at the door and I'm guaranteed a KICK A$$ work out. Music is always on point and if ever too loud, they have ear plugs!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SISTER STUDIO OF ROSE GARDEN LOCATION. Despite the fact that I’ve been misinformed, and they refuse to give refund of the tracker that hasn't been tracking since just 2 weeks of the purchase, for posting an honest review, they also call a customer a "liar" - that's an unacceptable service and I request IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF MY MEMBERSHIP AS I DONT INTEND TO GO TO ANY OF YOUR SISTER STUDIOS ANY LONGER!

This is my home studio and was my first OTF experience. I started about a year before COVID and have continued on and off throughout the pandemic. The staff and coaches are awesome and receptive. Would highly recommend this location! I have learned a lot and have seen results.

Great gym. It has everything I need, including a very good pool, and is always clean. The staff are really friendly and it has a nice atmosphere.
