The coaches are good and the studio itself it’s pretty spacious. But the biggest problem with this studio is the parking. Many times I have arrived early and driven around the parking lot and out on the street to find a parking spot. I ended up missing the class twice because of this and their policy. They allow waitlisted folks to enter as soon as the start of the class and not after the 5 min mark that other studios follow. So even if I have a confirmed class and I arrive just a min late I ll miss the class due to their policy. Given their parking availability and policy, I prefer other studios.

I’ve been going to OTF for over a year now and it’s been really great! I have been to several other studios and I think Rose Garden is the best. Great staff and coaches. I’ve taken almost every class time/coach by this point and they’re all fantastic. This studio also has a ton of natural light and is very spacious which is great.Lastly, I’ve also taken other excise classes like Barry’s and OTF by far delivers the best workout and value compared to the rest.

I was a member of OT in CO and moved back to San Jose June 2023 after being out of state for 5 years. I tried the Campbell location first as it was close to where I lived. It wasn’t for me. It is small, dark and not much room to move around. Most noticeable thing though for me was the staff wasn't welcoming or personable. I tried Rose Garden next and it is bigger and more open with lots of windows. I signed up there after my first class because of that and the staff. They are kind, welcoming, and helpful.Shout out to coach Aly, Jenny, Jack and Emma! Amazing helpful fun coaches that helped motivate me every time I was there.Moved again so I hope I can find a new OT like the Rose Garden. Thank you, Shala

So grateful for OTF and their coaches. The community is pretty cool and fun also! My original plan was to learn/practice and then flee after three months. I love it here though. I’ve never been one to exercise however I enjoy it now and look forward to all classes thanks to my favorite coaches Aly, Emma, Danielle, Alyssa and Michelle! You ladies rock and are the absolute best motivators and leaders. Thank you!

I’ve been to many OTFs in the South Bay — if you’re reading this review as a prospective new member, I genuinely recommend choosing another location such as Milpitas or Sunnyvale over this one as your home studio. Reason being, all the studios in the area have the same membership rate, but this studio has significantly more outdated and worn out equipment than all the other ones I’ve been to, and coaches here don’t give you the same kind of attention as other places.I’ve still attended several classes here since it’s close by. I am guessing that most of the coaches here have been at this studio for a while, because they expect members to already know many of the exercises on the floor and sometimes don’t even demonstrate them because “you all probably already know this.” (another reason I suggest looking elsewhere if you’re a new member)I get that we can wave our hands at the coaches if we have any questions, but sometimes the template is just so fast paced it’s hard to get their attention unless they actually walk close by. I’ve been in classes where the coach stands around the computer area over half the time and doesn’t really walk around. Also, customer service here is really spotty. The team is friendly don’t get me wrong, but many of the times I’ve called, nobody ever picks up. Today I arrived to the studio and mentioned that I had attempted to call them. One of the team members explicitly said that since it was already 5 minutes after a class started, they didn’t need to pick up the phone anymore. I’m so confused by this because what if it was a new customer on the other line? What if a member was calling just to ask a question? If someone unluckily happens to call 5 minutes after a class starts, their call would just be rejected? Makes complete sense :)

We love, love, love the variation of exercises, length of classes, and supportive community of coaches, staff, and members (we love the brag boards and excitement around benchmark challenges). We could not recommend Orangetheory more to anyone needing a workout routine that is easy to maintain and provides measurable fitness results.

Nothing to do with the coaches or workout, but the company has an unclear cancelation policy. When I tried to clarify via email correspondence, I was told information that contradicted itself. When I pointed this out and continued to ask about the cancelation policy, I was literally ghosted and the studio stopped responding to me Some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered (Aubree was the one specifically!). They clearly do not care at all about their members here.

Orangetheory Rosegarden has an amazing group of coaches. They are attentive, patient, energetic with a positive attitude. The front desk team emis equally amazing, providing excellent customer support, enthusiasm with a positive vibe. I highly recommend OT Rosegarden.

Great workout technique, love the atmosphere and super friendly environment. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. Coaches are great - Jared and Ally are my favorites. All coaches have great energy, provides accurate instructions for all the workout moves, and they create a welcoming environment for questions and engagement. You also get a good crowd of people working out with you. When it comes to result, when couple with the right diet, you'll get results fast. The work out can be intense for newcomers but you get used to it. I love the idea of benchmarking in OTF too - I can compare my progress from previous workouts. Overall great experience.

The Rose Garden studio has a family vibe and the coaches and front desk staff always make an effort to get to know the clients and give them personalized attention. Louie has also made an effort to do monthly activities outside the studio to encourage more personal interactions between the clients and staff. It's been fun getting to know people I workout with in a more social setting.

What i like about OTF? - Everything..I like the variety between the stations..I like the time frames of each exercise because your mind says "I can do that for 90 seconds!" etc. I like the quality of the equipment, I like the employees at the desk, I like the friendliness, I like the music and I LOVE the coaches! I also looooove the way I feel after a workout!

OTF classes will definitely whip you into shape. Signing up in advance holds you accountable and you will never get bored, as the workouts are constantly changing. You can receive your first class free, and I actually got a first free month when I signed up for my membership! Jared is also an excellent instructor and really brings so much energy to his classes. He's definitely helped motivate me to workout more! So shout out to him.
