Opticom always does an excellent job of providing professional sign service for us. They have variety of services available that fit all of our needs. In addition, they provide photos when the job is completed. Accuracy and quality service are their first goals.

We have been using Opticom Signs to put up and take down our posts and real estate signs for all our listings and this sure is a great service. It is easy to order what you need done from their website as they keep all your inventory for you! The staff is always so helpful when you need to call in a request too. I have to also give a big shout to their sign shop where you can have custom riders made....I love this service. Turn around time is fast and you will see your custom rider on your sign with your custom message, property website or open house hours. Thank you Opticom Signs for adding such value to my business. I wouldn't normally write a review for a "sign post" install service because it is basically a "sign post" install service. Order post and it gets installed. However with so many post companies merging or closing and prices increasing, I really wanted to try Opticom because their online ordering options for both riders, post colors etc were better than most BUT their reviews were so horrific that I was reluctant. I decided to try and placed order for two listings and gave specific instructions on post color, specific riders and even desired location on a specific date. The posts were installed exactly where they should be and pictures were sent. Ordering down was just as easy. Do not hesitate using these guys - It's just a sign post and they are the best value with best selection.

They installed sign on our property today. They did not ring the doorbell or let us know they were there - I agree with tbe other poster, they should let tbe homeowner know tbey are there. I happened to see them as they were finishing up, and ran out. They put the sign with one side of the sign backed up against our stone pier, so the sign is only visible on side, and it also blocks our address sign on the stone pier. I asked them to move it, but the one talking was very rude, and said if we don't like it then it's our agent's fault for not specifying an exact location. He refused to move it when I asked him. We only wanted the sign so all the walkers and people visiting neighbors could see it - if they walk or drive downhill instead of uphill, which many of the walkers do, and come back via another route, they can't read it. Rude and unprofessional, and sloppy work, as the sign is tilted. And they didn't wear masks, as their website claims they do.FOLLOW UP -Dominic, the manager, took care of our issues. He was very nice, and sent out someone to move the sign to a location we chose with the help of the new installer, and the sign looks great now. The new installer was also very nice. Thanks to the company for resolving this so nicely.

Not a great experience so far. I talked once several days ago, and today called back to get some additional info. I called3 times. Left 3 messages. Never heard from anyone. Not impressive.

I had some signs need to be redone and I was looking for a place to do them... I have used Opticom for my last position at Coldwell Banker. 3 years ago I switched to Compass. The sign company was not as sufficient as Opticom, 3 years later, I decided to switch back with Opticom. When I spoke with Dominic, he tried his best to accommodate, due to the lack of staff, I had to drop the signs off on site... Signs were done within 10 days, the staff were very nice and was able to bring back my signs for me. There were a little hiccups, but it is resolved by the very capable staff. I would recommend Opticom.

This is a very frustrating company to work with for sure. They NEVER answer their phones so you are left at their mercy to return a call which is not timely if at all. They recently installed a sign post parallel to the property I have for sale so that you directly have to stand in front of the house to see it. Absurd. When I inquired they said that there was not enough land in front of the mobile home to install without hanging over the street. If they would have installed it in the center of the land strip instead of the more narrow edge it would have fit. I would have appreciated a call from the company when they saw that this was not going to be a normal perpendular install and given some options. I asked them to take down the post and LEAVE my sign on the premises. Looks like they took it back to their office so now I have to make a trip out there to retrieve it...hopefully they still have it. Ugh!

My Redfin realtor used Opticom Sign Post Services to install a "Coming Soon" sign my on the property of my condominium complex. They were given written instructions to install the sign on the street corner at my address--however, they proceeded to install it on someone else's property (on the opposite side of the street).Upon calling the company to explain the situation, I spoke with Teresa, who insisted that the sign was installed as instructed (even though I am the one who knows exactly where it should have been installed). Teresa proceeded to blame my realtor, saying that she may have provided them with an incorrect photo in the original order. Since I could not see the photo, I could not confirm or deny this.HOWEVER, the fact remains that (regardless of what the photo showed) the building addresses are clearly labeled, and it shouldn't have been installed at an address that was different than written in the order!I waited in my home all day for the installer to let me know when he arrived, however, he NEVER once called or checked-in with me, EVEN WHEN there was confusion about the placement. He just came, installed it in the wrong place, and went. I realized the mistake less than 30 minutes after it occurred, but when I asked Teresa if she could send the installer back, she said it would have to wait until tomorrow (Saturday).ITS ON SOMEONE ELSE'S PROPERTY. COME BACK AND FIX YOUR MISTAKE ASAP. This is not right, nor the correct way to do business! I am very upset about this, and the attitude I received. AVOID these guys!UPDATE (August 19, 2019):Even though Teresa told me that the sign could be moved on Saturday, Opticom Sign Post Services does not operate over the weekends! Meaning that I was lied to, just to get me off the PHONE! This comes in addition to her bad attitude and unapologetic tone with me. Furthermore, I received an email from Anne—who is apparently the owner—suggesting that they did nothing wrong, and will not remove the sign from someone else's property unless I pay them more! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... they are disrespectful and unprofessional.

Very disappointed. I ordered sign post and call capture rider, got charged for both and paid for both. I gave them plenty of time to get this right. I called when I noticed that their order confirmation email (with a no-reply address) on the third day after I placed the order did not have the paid rider included. I got promised per phone that the next day I will have the rider on the post. The next day which is today, I emailed to their customer support to give me a status update, never received a response and no rider on the post by noon. I called again, received another promise that the next day it will be on. I told them that I want that in written and that it will be on the rider tomorrow morning the very latest as we go live with this listing and the rider was supposed to replace the brochure box as source of info. All I got so far was a written automatic email statement with do-not-reply, that the "repair" order will be done and I will be notified when it is done. No more details and no apologies for dropping the ball. Very bad customer service! I have to tell my client why there is no rider on the post and why we have no information available for drive by prospective customers on the first day the listing goes live.
