Nice shop with great customer care. Had holes drilled in 3 different balls at different days and very pleased with results. Try the coffee shop on your waynout or as you wait for your bowling ball. Great food!

With the US Open coming up, I was in need of a tournament arsenal. Matthew Gallagher at the Homestead Lanes location did a phenomenal job taking the time to measure, find my PAP, and customize 2 different layouts for me on 4 different balls. I now have a wide range and feel prepared for almost any lane tournament lane condition, even the US Open pattern! Thanks Matthew for taking the time and care, I am ready!

Thank you again George for helping me with my next ball purchase. George helped settle me into a new ball and took the time to go over all the details and different types to help align with my play style. Once we had my next ball picked out, I worked with George to get everything drilled and performed a follow up adjustment to get things just right. They have a great selection of gear and items in the shop, all you could ever need. Really just a great little shop with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Probably the best pro-shop in the Bay Area. The shop is very well stocked with all the latest balls and the staff here, from what I know, are very reputable in the local bowling community. If you are serious about bowling, you can really go the extra mile here and work with them to find your PAP and customize your drilling layout based on what you want your ball reaction to be and your bowling style. Otherwise, if you are a beginner or are just a casual bowler that isn't too concerned with getting into the nitty gritty of all the bowling technicalities, they will set you up a generic benchmark layout here, which is what I go for and it has worked out well for me so far. Once your first ball is drilled, all your dimensions and preferences are recorded in their system for a faster process in the future. At this point, I pretty much get all my bowling balls drilled here. This location is also connected to the one at Homestead Bowl in Cupertino.

My girlfriend and I started bowling recently and the OTS2 location has been amazing! We stopped by after a game to look at balls. Garrett was very helpful and went above and beyond to get us set up with correct layouts and balls. Garrett stayed over an hour late to get us set up. Since this experience, we have been back several times for shoes, of course more balls and accessories. Each visit is personalized and the service is top notch. From both Garrett's, to Matt and Vince, this shop is full service. Our second balls were ordered and this was a seamless order. The pro shop staff make recommendations based on the bowler which is very helpful. This shop makes everyone feel comfortable regardless of skill. Thank you so much!

This is located inside a bowling alley, pretty friendly and give realistic recommendations as well as advice. I bought a bowling ball here as well as got it drilled to my specific finger size. Honestly I learned a lot while talking to the employees working, they helped answer a lot of questions and gave me a lot of tips and tricks to bowl better. I recommend coming to buy a bowling ball and other necessities you need it! I don't have a picture but I bought the Twist bowling ball, 12lb as recommended!

I looked up the best pro shop in Northern California and off the sheet pro shop came up. They not only lived up to the hype but they went beyond it. Mr. Wong is very courteous and professional while Dylan is the man. Dylan took care of me and he is by far the best in the area. This kids going somewhere and hes gonna be successful. The pro shop is like most pro shops and they are indeed busy due to league bowlers but they do their best with getting you out the door in a reasonable time. Turn around time for drilling three balls was an hour when they were slower which is by far great compared to anywhere else in Northern California. These guys rock and if you are within an hour this should be your go to pro shop.

I hadn't bowled in years. I went in and asked for some help and was treated respectfully by all Pro Shop employees: casual vibe, friendly smiles, great attitudes. I was given suggestions based on MY goals, not their bottom line... When I picked up my ball I was checked to make sure I had what I needed, "this is good for just getting back... we'll be here when you want to upgrade or have ANY questions." AWESOMEI took the ball out for a spin immediately and had a great time... but something was off. I went back to the shop before they closed and said "It hurts when I..." I was immediately given advice by two employees and suggestions on how to make adjustments (which helped dramatically). Point is: they know what they are doing. They all know how to bowl. They know which gear will help with your problems. They know how to help you get better. They know they only benefit from giving good advice to keep bowlers healthy and happy. I will be back.

This place is the best. Went here on a Saturday and have no regrets. Had a couple of balls drilled by Lindsey and Matt. Amazing customer service. They watched me throw, got my PAP and heard my concerns. Made sure my bowling ball fit correctly. They went above and beyond. I will definitely be a returning customer.

My partner and I have been bowling consistently each week since November, but have been using generic balls from the alley. We always see the ads on the TVs at 4th Street Bowl for a ball/bag/shoes deal so we decided to finally make an appointment to get our gear. George assisted us and he was the best!!! He was very knowledgeable and walked us through all the steps. Lucky for us they had everything in stock for our ball weight/shoe size/bags so we were able to get everything that day. That night, we went bowling and it was definitely a game changer having our own gear and fitted ball! Thank you again Off the Sheet!!!

First and foremost, the owner, Lindsey, makes the sacrifices to help and steer the customer in the right direction even if it means staying after hours NOT going home to his family.If the aforementioned doesn't convince you how dedicated and passionate this man is to the sport of bowling, then you should go elsewhere.To further give you an illustration of the service he provides, if you drop by, expect to wait, because excellence in anything is unfounded nowadays, and there's always a line waiting for Lindsey.Go find out yourself and buy what Lindsey recommends. I started bowling this June/July and the ball he recommended...I hit 200 once. Not too shabby for a newb.Last but not least, I watched Lindsey bowl in league, his first game, 248, LOL. He can talk the talk and walk the walk.

These guys are great! Stand up people treating there customers like it there only customer. Lyndsey is great! I appreciate you and what you do. If you are thinking about getting a ball stop by here they will definitely help you.... But remember you can have the most expensive amazing ball.... Need to know how to throw it! Lyndsey even went out of his way to give pointers on that! Thanks again!!
