I have worked with off price carpet/flooring for two projects now, my moms living room carpet and now my own. Excellent price, service, fast delivery, professional measurement, and kind people. Shout out to Dominic who spent over an hour with me on multiple visits helping me choose different carpet, teaching me about texture quality and even helping me plan my layout. Even though he was busy, he never once made me feel rushed or brushed me aside. Truly a gem! Thanks!!

Very pleased with the amazing customer service from Jenna and her assistant. They gave my a dog a puppy pack. Including a cute dog collar and a travel bowl, and toy. my schnauzer puppy and us are very happy. Dominic and Ken provide great management of the shop and the installation was amazing.

Great spot we always buy our carpet from Off price Carpet outlet! Dominic and Ken get us a great price on quality flooring. I like to work with them vs the big box stores as it is better quality to cost as well I know the people who our $ are going to! Great local business. Will send update after installed! David Mirassou

Ok, let me start by saying that I rarely write reviews, but this one is overdue and very well deserved. I've had hardwood floors for years but back in February decided to put carpet in my bedroom only, a very small job. We started our search online at all the usual carpet places and OMG, were we shocked, so expensive, even for just one room! Then I came across this place---and wow, do I feel pretty lucky that I did. We met Juan at the warehouse (not a showroom) and he helped us find the perfect carpet for our bedroom. He was honest about what would work, what wouldn't, the differences between all the types of carpets and quality as well. He knows carpet and flooring. They were super flexible on the installation, did an amazing job and the price was the best I could find, by far. My new carpet looks and feels amazing!!Fast forward to this past weekend when we had a short term renter leave our rental carpet in horrific shape, Juan came to the rescue again. I called on Saturday morning, he had his guys out to measure on Saturday afternoon and no joke, my carpet is being installed this morning (Monday) as I write this. He has gone above and beyond to help us out so that we can get the new renters in and doing it all at a price that is crazy reasonable especially since everything is SOOOOO expensive now. Most definitely, Juan has gone out of his way, ABOVE AND BEYOND, to help me. I can't recommend Off Price enough---thank you Juan for all of your help!! Thank you, thank you!!!

So we had some flooring put in late December and we've got some issues with the insulation and also quality of the floor (we got more expensive flooring). I have now contacted them three times to try to see how we can find a solution to our issues given that our floors are brand new. Every time I've called I have spoken to a nice lady who forwards my message to the gentleman we originally worked with and each time there's no call back. I will continue to try and update my review if anything changes. But for now I could not in good conscience recommend them or their products.Alicia

I had purchased carpet over Memorial weekend, and service fromDominic was Xcellent. The carpet was installed one week later, & thecrew was efficient and carpet came out Xcellent.Price was affordable.Ask for Dominic.

I highly recommend this store. I was looking for new carpet to install in my bedroom. Jenna helped me find a quality carpet which was in stock, lower priced compared to other carpet stores, and could be installed just in a couple of days from my visit. I am very happy with the end result!

After my exhausting day at Sherwin Williams the day before, looking at infinity shades of white, I knew I was in for some fun when I stopped in here. Prime Kitchen, who I found from Yelp and hired for my 1st floor renovation, sent me here saying they had the best price in carpet and labor. They weren't lying!The minute Prime Kitchen asked me to call them, Jenna alerted Angel, who was able to stop by to measure the floor within the hour. It just worked out that he was in the area. The entire experience was seamless as I was able to head straight over after my floor was measured. The storefront was in an industrial kind of area that looked run-down, so I didn't have much expectation for top-notch service. Lesson learned- never judge a book by its cover! Yes, I'm shopping on a budget, but this place did not make you feel like you were also being shorted options. They were well-stocked with plenty of options and Jenna was super patient in trying to understand what I was looking for. We grabbed the wood flooring samples that matched all the wood I have in my home to have some context and went on to match carpet color. I set a goal to be out of there in 35 minutes. I didn't tell Jenna because I didn't want her to feel rushed. We literally finished the selection ON THE DOT!!This process could not have been any more seamless. It was great they also took credit card with no service fee so you can be rest assured you can earn some cc points at this place while you're enduring your renovation!After seeing pricing from other places, their labor and material cost is extremely reasonable. Additionally, they do custom rugs. You can pick out a carpet you like, in the size you want, and they'll cut it down and finish the edges for you. For something comparable that you'd find at a Marshalls for $300 they can do for less than $150. Of course if you select something more luxurious or wool, the price will change but a large sized rug for something like a medium-sized living room would be around that much. I'm definitely coming back to get something cut for my living room and family room. Highly recommend!

The owner and employees are friendly, kind, and responsive. A employee knew exactly where to find a remnant we needed. It was exactly what we needed. He asked the owner the price and we got it for free. Another employee brought me water brought me water while we waited for the carpet to be cut.When I asked what was the fastest way to the freeway, she knew and not only gave me directions, but told my husband also.I am very pleased and recommend Off Price Carpet Outlet.

I replaced the floors in my home (finally) and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. One crew for the Luxury Vinyl Planks and another for carpet. Both crews were excellent and went above and beyond moving furniture etc. to get the job done right and done quick. They left some extra planks and took their mess with them.

From the moment I called to the payment process after installation, this was the easiest home project I have experienced.The team at off price provides excellent guidance and customer experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.I did shop around at a place in Palo Alto, The Floor Store and Home Depot. Off price had the best selection and prices for my project.
