I was there to get breakfast that was being offered in the senior nutrition program. I strongly suggest that seniors research the senior nutrition program available to them on the internet. I was impressed and will be here again.

They have a laughter yoga club meeting every Wednesday starting 11 30am! Adding more laughter in your life is a good idea!
