I purchased a pre-owned Tesla at Normandin and Lee and the finance did a fantastic job with my deal. The transaction from the test drive, deal, and drive off was the smoothest car purchase I have ever made. Lee goes above and beyond to make his customers happy and feel stress free when buying. If your looking for a used or new vehicle I would highly recommend you see Lee and he will do everything in his power to take care of you. Kudos to Lee and the team for a pleasant car buying experience!

Paid for Extended Warranty on our New Grand Cherokee. The Service Department has been a nightmare to deal with. Most recently, our Water Pump was replaced under Warranty and then started leaking within a year. Tried many times calling and left voicemails since I'm no longer local. They don't answer the phone and have not responded! Paid a local Mechanic instead, but feel taken by Normandin's shady tactics after the Sale.

This dealership is unorganized, horrible communication and hard to work with. Once vehicle is sold, they do not care how you are treated afterwards.

I called the Gilroy Chrysler dealership because I needed a part put on my mom's Chrysler 300. They said there's a strike going on so they can't get the part but that Normandin Chrysler has two in stock and that Normandin will not share parts with Gilroy. I have literally called seven times and been put on hold from 30 to 45 minutes each time. You have to be transferred to the parts department or any other department. Then after a half an hour they pick up and hang up the damn phone.

I posted my car for sale. Received various emails from Mario Botelo saying they were “very interested” “would love to buy my car” “consider your vehicle sold”. I replied saying I’d stop by when I get a chance AND I also had others interested. When I showed up Mario asked what others had offered and I told him that didn’t matter and I was there to know what they offer. He quickly changed his demeanor and said I’d have to wait for his manager to be there. Then why would he ask if I had to wait for his manager??You’re in the business of buying and selling cars. Your should be prepared and if management is required — then maybe you should say that before someone shows up.

I came up from Southern California to buy a specific used vehicle on their lot - Chris in sales was very responsive, personable, and walked me through their safety and quality inspections. I had a safety concern after my purchase and he connected me to the lead technician for questions. In the mail a month later, I got a check refund from my purchase to equal out the registration fee they overshot. I'm 1000 miles in and loving my car. Would absolutely recommend the sales dept, especially Chris!

Had a scheduled oil change. Quick service. Friendly staff. Nice waiting room while waiting for your vehicle, or they get you rides with the shuttle. There is also a drop box for your keys if you want to leave the vehicle before 730am. I'll return again. Great job.

If you love sitting on hold (talking 30+ minutes) every time you call in and drastically overpaying for service....this is your spot!Awful service and when you step inside you'll realize just why. A bunch of people not doing much of anything. Useless.Literally decided to travel down to the new Morgan Hill Jeep dealership rather than deal with this spot and it's night and day. Brand new dealership, amazing service, and they actually helped me get the part rather than place me on hold forever just to say, "oh well, it's out of stock." Again, useless.

GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR AUTO REPAIRS. After being quoted $255 as a "diagnostic" fee on a windshield wiper hose connector repair, I had it repaired by an auto mechanic on Winfield. $40 total charge. AND, the connector was damaged when my windshield spray nozzle was replaced last year by---wait for it---Normandin Jeep service. But Normandin said no warranty, no offer to look at the disconnected hose just "$255 dollars diagnostic fee and first appointment in two weeks." Don't pay for substandard repairs at exorbitant prices.

** Customer Beware **I have been working with this group for several years and am continually disappointed in them from both a sales and service standpoint.I tried to buy several cars from them over the years and their follow-up is horrid along with putting ridiculous mark-ups on the cars.I would find another dealer who will be more forthright and provide a higher level of service for your precious dollar.Very very sad .

I was in the market for a PacHy. 4 stars to Mike Komer who took his time and allowed me to test drive all the available trims. He wasn't working on the day I went in but still came promptly for the appointment ( I wanted Monday). He explained to me very well the available features and optional packages. He was also going to introduce me to the service head who I would be contacting for maintenance of the vehicle. Even though he was customer friendly, I felt that the lease quote given to me was significantly higher than two of the other dealers in the Bay Area. I also felt like he didn't offer the dealer discount that was posted on the website. I would have appreciated if he had done it during my initial visit.

If you want to leave your vehicle forever, go here. The RAM service writer Erica is the WORST communicator possible on earth. She's deceptive, lazy and not very professional. She doesn't keep you up to date or provide a reasonable response, you will get ghosted and he without your vehicle for standard stuff with excuse after excuse from Erica. I truly believe because she's attractive to some people, they trust her. It's a really bad experience overall coming from a car guy with really reasonable expectations. I won't be buying another Ram from this dealership or going to their service because of Erica. It's a shame because the Normandin family has a good reputation overall and my buying experience was good. But ALL service through Erica was a complete disaster each time.Her manager for escalation was no better.
