Used it 4 years back and then used it 1 month back. It is still good and overall I was satisfied but maybe they are not just as proficient as they used to be. Took 6.5 hours for a 3 bed room single family home. I think the old Ninja movers would have completed it well within 5.

I would venture to say that Ninja Movers is one of the best moving services in the Bay Area. It was easy and straightforward to work out the logistics with the team, Cornell and Sam my movers were incredibly helpful and professional (they're also really personable!)
