Stopped in looking for sleeveless shirts, and or tank tops, and was pleasantly greeted by a very friendly associate. Not only did she know exactly where all of the selection annd items I was looking for were, she also also made some fantastic medications. When I was checking out, she asked that I scan a QR code on the receipt and mentioned her name….Maddie. Service was higher than I anticipated and expected, and I’ll be wearing my new sleeveless tank tops with pride knowing that Maddie is helping others and boosting the Nike reputation with excellent service….bravo Maddie

The store is quite small and only a 1/4 is dedicated to shoes. I was looking for shoes but all employees were mindlessly chit-chatting and even when we asked for help, they seemed disinterested. They brought out the wrong size but went back to chit-chatting before we could ask them to exchange. Left without buying anything. I gave 2 stars because ambience was nice.

My 5 stars are only for the manager who works here.Sales reps are really like they want to do the bare minimum of whatever it takes.But manager here went above and beyond to help me and understand my exchange and I really got the shoes I loved.

My daughter and I went here today and had a great experience! I was a little nervous given that it's so busy this time of year but we didn't run into any issues. Everyone who worked here was helpful and knowledgable. JC was particularly nice to work with and went out of his way to help us and other customers. The store was clean and organized so it was easy to find anything we needed. Will definitely be back!
