Went to get a quote for my vehicle bumper paint and replacement. Says the shop opens at 9 am, both garages were closed at 930. I called the number provided and the person said to come back after 10am that “they are opening late today.” Either the guy is lazy and was late to work or they need to update hours.

Randomly found the repair shop on Google - I was pleasantly surprised after meeting some not so honest/unkind repair folks nearby. They were super helpful and fast! They also seem very honest and genuinely wanted to help. Highly recommend!!!

What can I say , these guys know their stuff . Very professional, very reasonable and quick turn around with receiving my car back . I would recommend to all my friends and family to give them they're business. Whether it's a insurance claim or even your typical body work these guys are excellent with working with your insurance and working with the customer, I say outstanding !!!! David also had my ride detailed when all was complete , did not expect that , super service

Tong was very helpful and kind person. I kept my car for around 10 days finally to get it picked by another buyer as insurance was not covering the repair. Tong didn't want to buy or repair it considering the repair vs car market cost. Without any discussion, seeing my situation he didn't ask for any fees to keep the car in his garage for 10 days. That's rare to see in south bay area.

I called this place after two days of calling around and getting Different answers and ridiculous price quotes Regarding my cars issue. (getting an abundance of water 5gals to be exact on the floor of my car.) I had it wet vacced prior to this visit but that person barely did what was needed.... I talked to a David, he said I could leave my car for a few hours and he'll handle it .He was quick and efficient. The job was done in like 3hours. And the prices here are so reasonable. He got over a gallon of water out! When he called me to tell me my car was ready He also let me know that he had realigned my bumper! That was a nice surprise. After I got there to get my car I asked if he could reattach my Nissan emblem and he did no charge. I Definitely recommend this place and to ask for David!

Thank you Nguyen Auto Body Shop. This was my 2nd time coming here. Somebody hit my car in a parking lot. Tong and his team did an excellent job on the car. Came back to pick it up 4 days later and the car looked almost new. Tong even touched up a small area for me, absoluetly free! Thank you!

Not a good place to go for professional service. I went over here for an estimate and I was told to come back tmrw. One employee named Dat tried his best to help me out but I wouldn't recommend going here.

Amazing service! My bumper came loose after I was rear ended and I needed to get it fixed very fast. They fixed up my car in four hours for a very reasonable price, and in fact made it better than before! I highly recommend them for good quality, cheap, fast service!

This is probably the most honest mechanic you will ever find. He helped me out twice so far with my 68' mustang. He could have easily charged me a small fortune for the work he did for me, but told me he was able to fix it for a fraction of what I was expecting. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

I needed my front bumper to be reattached since it was coming off. I spoke to Tong and he said to stop by, so I did. One of his workers Pao gave me a quick quote and told me to give him an hour to get it done. I agreed and left my car. I came back within an hour and my car was fixed! Tong the owner bolted the sides of my front bumper. He also gave me a discount. It was affordable compared to other auto body repair shops. I gave him a tip too. This is why I give this place a 5 star! I will definitely come back to this shop. Thanks again Tong and Pao!

Took my car here after a hitting the driver side and passenger door .. At first they were really nice and sufficient. But then it just went down hill after that .. The first time i came to pick up my car he did a really sloppy job on the paint, after making a complaint he agreed to redo it . Well after the THIRD time the owner said that's the best he can do!!!! Who does that!! The paint is really streaky and you can differentiate that it's been repainted. So while i was driving on the highway I can hear the air coming through. Will be calling my Insurance tomorrow to see what I can do. The car is barely 3 months old. Did i also mention they were drinking when i came to get my car ?

They were incredible. My car had received some damage and I took it to multiple places for a quote and all the other places kept urging me to sell my car since the damage was quite extensive. However, when I took my car here, they said it was fixable and not for a crazy price as well. They did a fantastic job on my car and it looks as good as new.
