Buyer Beware!! The store is closing down. Initially i had a question by a "closing down sale" sign when I purchase the table, I was reassured by the owner, Danny, that it was merely a sales strategy to promote his product, he is not actual closing down the store. He promised that I could easily exchange the dining table if its color didn't meet my expectations upon setup.
Unfortunately, the color of the table delivered was significantly different from what the manufacturer's catalog showed, not just once but twice. Within 24 hours, I reached out to Danny for an exchange the second time, but after numerous attempts to contact him and a visit to the store, Cindy, the accounting of the store, said any exchange or return would be subject to a 30% restocking fee plus delivery charges. This result in a loss of $930 on a dining table that cost $2100, a stark contradiction to Danny's initial assurances. The situation worsened with the realization that the business is indeed shutting down, amplifying my frustration over the substantial loss incurred on a false advertising table. I should have recognized a red flag when they requested a COD check payment to be made to a different store named "Home Elegant". This business practice appears to avoid certain tax payments.

I feel sad to write this review, because I believed incthis man. I have been cheated and I hope no one falls for him or enters his store. All his promise of warranty is FAKE!!!! Your money is gone and what you get at home is a POS. I can't even want to give them one star. Danny Do and his team are cheats. For the last 2 + years he has only making excuses for the delivery of my couches, which got bad and were under warranty within 2 months. He has given excuses of parents dying, store robbery etc; humanly anyone would believe him. If you want to deal with a liar, go ahead and buy stuff here. OR if you have extra bucks to waste on a sweet mouth person, do that. Your hard earn money should not be wasted on these cheat businesses. THIS IS THE WORSE PLACE and remember his name- Danny Do!!!!

overpriced furniture is junk a year and a half later of normal sitting on couches and springs are starting to come out of cushions . Also bought 2 complete bedroom sets and 12 inch memory foam mattresses dresser and the cabinet stays cockeyed when closed spent over $7000 on furniture been trying to resolve this for the last year and a half nothing's been taken care of

Worst customer experience, purchased a $3,000 bed set from here and when it got delivered it wasn't the right size frame, when asked to exchange or return for a different product simply shrugged and said all sales are final ... leaving me with an entire bed I can't use. Terrible -- stay away

Friendly staff. Its a smallish gallery but some of their things can be customized which I like. Did not buy anything from here yet but the people working there are helpful.

Definitely recommend New world furniture! Had a great experience as soon as we entered the business Danny made us feel so very welcome. He's a great guy and his crew that delivered our bed 2 thumbs up they work fast and also were very polite 5 stars. They Definitely take care of their customers!

My family had a horrible experience with this place. We paid around $3K for a damaged furniture and requested Danny to change this. After going back and forth with this guy, he finally agreed to change the damaged furniture but took him 3 months to bring in the new order to our house that had the wrong color!! He acted like he doesn’t know and now he wants more money!! This business is crooked. Please be aware.

Edit to say: MY LAST REVIEW IS UNDER MY KIDS ACCOUNT UNDER THE NAME "LIAM B." I had given him 5 stars originally. I came back recently because I sent EVERYONE to this furniture store. I recommend it to everyone after all these years. Today I came back to discuss about some furniture that we last spoke about on November 30. I wrote down all the item number per the booklet and asked him exactly about the product number and pricing. He gave me some decent pricing per usual. However, I went around to other furniture stores and found one that will give me a cheap price because I found that they were mutual friends of mines. And they gave me a super good deal but I wanted to honor my business with New World Furniture since I've always hyped up this place. Today, when I came back and discussed about the prices for the exact same items. Not only did he not price match (which is ok, his store), but he didn't even honor the original prices we discussed. I wrote the exact product number and pointed to the photos and made it clear which sofa we were talking about and he was the one who told me to write down the correct item numbers due to every page having similar item number but just slightly different. I corrected it and went over prices one more time before we left on 11/20/22. But today, not only did he keep asking to see my phone and the notes (invasion of privacy-OSHA), he upped the prices to the items we discussed and tried to claim the item I wrote down were 4 pieces set when it said PIC 4 aka picture 4 per photo I took of the sofas. I had every comment labeled. So he tried twisting up what I was saying when I clearly wrote down every note and word he said so I can come back to discuss with him. I've always sent people here. My friends and family spent thousandsssss of dollars here and I always spoke great things here. But after twisting things and not honoring his original prices either, I have to say, I would not come back nor recommend anyone back here again. At the very least, honor your original prices per discussion but don't ever try to twist things up. I felt stupid bringing my friend in to this place. I guess it's only a good relationship if you constantly come back but it doesn't matter if I sent tons of customers here.

BEWARE OF THIS STORE AND DANNY!! I purchase a set of Couch here from Danny for over 4k back in 10/20 and was told by him that the couch has warranty for 10 years, 7 months after the motor broke on one of the recliner. We reported this issue directly to Danny right away and was told not to worry because the couch has warranty and that he will take care of it, he even sent us message that the motor was already ordered, 5 months had pass already and still no actions from this guy.

Donot purchase, everything is on back order, i was promise the following week, what i received was the floor model bed all scratch up, The new bed was ordered & shipped as promise, but when the new bed came it wasn't the bed i ordered & he said shipping made a mistake and they gave the wrong bed, Danny personally delivered, could not give me a date when the new bed would arrive, when i got the new bed it was a whole different bed & color not even the bed i purchase....*Be Aware of what you getting into* cancel ordered and run run run...

Delivery took way longer than expected and when it "arrived" I had to use a loaner bed room set because the one I had originally ordered was "broken" even though they had it in the store and that made this situation even worse because why would I put my clothes in drawers that are just going to be taken away in a couple of weeks and they never gave an estimated date for the new set. Will never recommend this business to any loved one, maybe to an individual that I hate and thats a MAYBE. 0/10 if I could, awful business.

I highly recommend buying furniture here. Danny is truly awesome and love his customer service. We bought a couch and mattress here and love it. He'll work with you just to make sure the customer is happy. Buy furniture here, you won't regret it.
