Didn't catch his name but the Indian male working the shop when I came in today (8/6/22 around 3pm) easily made this the best smoke shop experience of my life. He was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were a bit higher than what I am used to but it was worth it for the customer service I received, thank you again!

The guy who runs this shop is a lunatic and a thief. He sells cartridges that are stale and leak and he knows it. Tried to return the $50 of PHIX cartridges the following day that I bought that were also recalled from Phix, over 2 years old and he came after my dog and I with a taser gun. The guy who runs this store is mentally unstable. UPDATE: Called PHIX and this guy is not even a authorized PHIX retailer, so shady. The guy at NEW SMOKE FOR LESS IN SAN JOSE ON STEVENS CREEK BLVD. asked where I live and I said SF. Now I know why, he knew he sold me bad and spoiled cartridges and didn't think I would make the trip back to return them. Little did he know I was staying in San Jose at my brother's house. SCUM.
