Great service and fast jewelry repair. I went to two places in the past to fix my necklace and the repair of those other two places did not last for long. Navarro's repair on my necklace has lasted for almost a year now!

I love the Navarro family jewelry. I have had a number of pieces worked on there, from ring resizing, to creating new ideas from jewelry I had. Oscar is incredibly talented, very trustworthy, the price point is a value, and you walk out happy having spent time with the family. I have worked with other jewelers and Navarro is really special in the best of ways. It's a different vibe walking in, and you are either going to love it or not. You get buzzed in at the door and you walk in not surrounded by expensive engagement rings and jewelers wearing Louis Vuitton face masks, but by a mix of leather shoes and western hats. The jewelers wife, Monica, is behind the cases, and Oscar Navarro has a jewelers loupe on his head, his hands dirty from doing the job he loves. As you are talking with Oscar, family members, friends and the community come in and out - it feels like you are visiting with extended family. Everyone is friendly and clearly Navarro is a part of this close-knit community. Working with the Navarro family is a true pleasure, his creativity and suggestions are spot on - he tells you straight out "that's too expensive, you don't want to do that" and suggests things that made a piece so much more wearable I never would have thought of. He has super creative ideas to solve problems (that ring on eBay I bought was missing some stones, here are some ideas to fix it) and I look forward to designing something from scratch with Oscar - I've seen his custom pieces and they are beautiful. By seeing this perspective, I've really come to better respect the art and science of the business and frankly that's because of Oscar. Don't be put off by the building exterior, or arriving in a part of town you are unfamiliar with, the Yelp reviews are accurate. That's how I found them in the first place. Oh and their son is super cool - smart college guy and he's a pleasure to talk to between his Zoom classes. And finally, everyone wears face masks inside. Thank you for that!

This is truly one stop shop for fixing or creating custom jewelry at reasonable prices and incredibly fast turn around. I had them add a lobster claw and end caps recently and it was just impeccable. I have had at least 5 custom pendants and rings commissioned in last couple years at other locations and even the small service they did for me had quality better than what I was used too. Incredible happy to have stumbled across that locale and I'll be looking forward to returning with a custom pendant in future

I'm Soooooo glad that I found this wonderful jeweler. I have been to many jewelers in the San Jose and entire Bay Area, and this is the best I've found. I brought him an opal ring to be sized. Opals are extremely delicate and fragile, and Mr. Navarro made it very clear that the stone could break while he was enlarging the shank of the ring. I trusted his experience and expertise, so I was willing to have him try. A week later I went back into the store and was COMPLETELY DELIGHTED with the results!! The ring was perfect! He sized it beautifully, polished it and it was STUNNING! I look forward to bringing him more jewelry and will be a loyal customer from here on. Very fair prices too!! 5 Stars all the way!!

This place has good prices on fixing jewelry he sized and cleaned my ring and also made one of my gold chains shorter and gave the gold piece back,he also did a great job and gave it back very quick
