Horrible customer service. Noelle started out well, answering questions and getting us started on the path to pre-approval. Her initial interest faded after I began asking questions about alternatives to the loan options she gave us. She would not answer my specific questions, gave vague, non-answers, and then just stopped communicating with me completely. She could have just indicated that she did not wish to work with us, but instead chose to ignore my questions and not respond. I can only assume that she was not interested because our loan amount was small, making the commission she would receive not worth her time. A simple "i'm not interested in helping you" would have saved us both time and effort,

I had the privilege to work with Noelle! Let me tell you, she’s an amazing person to work with. I had gone with another company and was ripped off money. Noelle helped me and guided me to be able to trust again. She worked miracles and found our business loan we needed. When I give a review it’s upfront and forward and let me tell you, this is definitely a secure company to work with. Noelle tells you straight up if she can’t or can do something for you. She was there every step of the way and prompt and easily available to speak with when I had any questions or doubt! I wish there was more ways that I can reassure people, when you go with this company you definitely won’t go wrong here! This is a secure, stable and legit company to work with when getting any loan or business loan! We will definitely use them again for our future projects.

Susie is a very detailed agent. The best I have found.Honest & trustworthy as well as very pleasant. She handles any issues immediately or typically the same day & lets you know of any delays & why.Very pleased.I own many properties & have shopped this loan for 7 months she was the best of the best. I am in the process of refinancing with this mortgage company, Nationwide, via the Heroes Program, and they are fabulous!!! Ian Pititto is exceptionally personable, communicative and patient with all my questions. And he will text me (the easiest & quickest way for me to communicate as I am a teacher with kids 10 hours a day). Compared to other mortgage brokers I've received quotes from they have not only offered me the lowest monthly payments, but also the least amount added to my loan, saving me SO much. And the only out of pocket cost will be the appraisal. I am thrilled with what they have to offer. They are my heroes.

I was working with Paul Balla. He helped me with home refinance and was able to close in one month! That's very fast since most mortgages take at least 60 days now days due to low interest rates. I was happy the way Paul handled my loan from day one. I can honestly say that he was the best loan officer I had a pleasure to work with out of all 6 homes I bought in the past. He always answered my calls and emails which was huge for me since I travel a lot for business to different time zones. Paul is also very knowledgeable and takes time to explain issues at hand. Luba Blushtein-Dunlop gave us amazing service during our Loan process. She went the extra mile all the way. She even challenged the high escrow fees and got us lower fees, when that is not really her part of it!. She is first class in service all the way. I will ONLY use her in the future.
