These guys have been providing the best customer service in the area for decades; not just for auto parts, but in general. It seems like a rarity to go into a store met with helpful, friendly, and consistent service these days. While Napa may not always have the cheapest prices, they offer great products that the guys at Winchester will back as much as possible. Cheers guys!

I had a poor experience ordering parts from NAPA. I ordered some auto parts online from this local San Jose retailer for pickup today. I'm not sure why my shipment ended up in Los Angeles. I will never order parts online from NAPA again.

Bad company and business model. Horrible store policy.Only store in bay area that wont return unopened tire chains - box intact in which they delivered.Consider going to any other auto parts store.

Great store with great employees. Every time I’ve been in there I’ve been able to get the part I was looking for and if not, it was ordered and available in a reasonable time and I received a call letting me know.The tool and part availability/quality and the customer service here is way above other automotive stores in the area.

Every single time I've been here, the men (yes, almost all of them) have served me reluctantly, with what I can only describe as scowls on their faces. They don't seem to care about how they're perceived by customers and don't seem to like their jobs. Any time a family member or friend needs an auto part I will go out of my way to tell them to avoid this location unless they want to deal with irritable, mean staff. Not sorry about what I've said here as it is an accurate account of what the store experience is like (even when compared with others I've known to come to this store). I don't know why you guys insist on having a bad time, but get it together NAPA because you're embarrassing yourself here.
