Murison's Flooring America did a great job on hardwood and carpet installation at our home. Ed and the entire crew are a pleasure to work with -- they did what they said they would do, were responsive, completed our project on time and within budget, and display quality workmanship!

Ed and his team are awesome! They did such a fantastic job putting in new carpet for us, and then doing a replacement when we had glass break in one of the rooms. Their workmanship is excellent and everyone on the staff is very experienced. If we need any carpet work again, I'd definitely hire them again. Highly recommend!

Most unprofessional store you can ever encounter.. went there and picked a floor, receptionist said she will call to quote, never did, never answered the phone. Went back again after few days, this time she scheduled time to take measurement. Showed up took measurements at home and never got back with quote. I chose another vendor. Somehow project did not work out and I scrapped it. Anyway few months later I was passing by the store and wanted to check what happened, why they did not get back earlier. A different lady was there, apparently new college grad. She couldn’t find my record and tried to check in back office with owner. Owner and her called the other lady, don’t know what they discussed, apparently they are still locating my record , asked me to choose another floor style, I did asked for the quote. Now the owner couldn’t get hold of the warehouse to find the price . Said they will get back to me over email. Three days passed no email. I called again, this time the other lady (the first one picked up) said she was just working on my thing was going to send me the email just now. Email never came.Here is my take , I don’t see any single customer in the store three times I went there. There seems to be no activity. My guess is it is a ponzy store with no real flooring business. The other reviews are likely fake.If that’s not the case, enough evidence above to start an investigation what really happened by whom it may concern.

I had a great experience with Murison's. They replaced my old carpet to new in less than 2 days. The guys were very respectful and clean. Showed up on time and finished before schedule. Ed was very informative with materials and prices and guided me from the beginning to the end. Thank you Ed. My kids love the new carpet!

Ed Lacina at Munson's flooring did a great job of matching new flooring with existing flooring that was no longer available. He went the extra mile by returning to replace the transition strip with a second one in a color that better matched the original flooring.

We ordered vinyl flooring for most of the flooring in our home except for 2 -1/2 baths after a partial home inspection and a floor plan (with dimensions) were complete in order to obtain Murison's estimate to demo (and remove) the old flooring, order and obtain sufficient vinyl flooring, and install the new flooring. We also contracted with a General Contractor to remodel 1 full bath and the 1/2 bath including floor tiles. We were told that after demo and delivery of the vinyl flooring, Murison's installation would only take several days, After a Murison's agreement was signed, we were told the vinyl flooring amount ordered was not sufficient and more would be needed. We changed our order to instead carpet the master bedroom closet to minimize the added cost. During installation, both the General Contractor and Murison's had scheduling problems, but scheduling and rescheduling Murison's installation work was almost a daily chore. Coordination (at the flooring interfaces between newly tiled baths) between the General Contractor and Murison's installer was especially difficult since Murison's installer did not come many days as scheduled and rescheduled. The General Contractor accomplished some of the interface and some other work (instead of work by Murison's as previously agreed) in order to complete the project and an additional payment to the General Contractor was made. Murisons did an excellent job of helping us select our beautiful wood flooring. We are so pleased with it! We were very grateful for the efforts of Ed and his staff in meeting our short timeline graciously. The Installers were efficient, careful and most capable. Our first guests arrived a just few days after installation--they all gave the floor rave reviews!!

After too many years with carpet that wouldn't clean anymore, we shopped several stores and decided that Murison's Flooring was the one we wanted to use. We had four bedrooms and it took us a while to decide on which carpet to use. Ed mentioned it would take two days to do the bedrooms which was fine. We set the date and for some reason the crew was still working on another job. Needless to say, after getting four bedrooms ready for carpeting we were disappointed. However, they came the next day and instead of two days they finished all four bedrooms in one day! We were very happy with the workmanship and the higher grade of carpet that we selected. I highly recommend this store if you want the personal touch.

My wife shopped around as we needed new carpeting. Ed at Murison's give us the best service and ease in selecting a carpet. After several days of deciding what carpet we needed, a date was set for the installation. We were doing four bedrooms and Ed said it would take two days. On the day of the installation, we received a call that the crew was finishing another install and might be by later. They couldn't make it. Needless to say we were disappointed after preparing 4 bedrooms. However, the next day the crew arrived bright and early and finished all of the rooms in one day! They did an excellent job and the carpet looks great. I think it reflects on a company's service when thing go awry and they make it right. I highly recommend Murison's for ease of selection at a competitive price.
