The owner, is a top rate mechanic. MS Automotive works on all my cars. They are a little pricey, but they are worth each dollar.

My Lexus car starter did not work and it was 6pm. I told Son the owner that we need this car fix by today since our family's 2nd car was in another repair shop from a collision. Son, the owner and his partner stayed late to get our car's starter fixed-and man they got me on the road within 3 hours.

This is a long overdue review. I found Son years ago when I noticed his oil change sign in the median on Monterey. Looked like a good deal so I figured I'd check it out. He's basically been the only mechanic I take my cars to since. He has proven himself to be trustworthy, and his prices are reasonable. I've checked repairpal.com a few times after receiving quotes from him just to compare, and his prices have consistently been on the low-medium end. He's not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive and his work is quality.He won't rush you into a job either. Rather, he'll follow up each time to double check issues he's noticed and let me know if I can put jobs off for a while. I think I've put off changing some control arm bushings for about 2 years in fact. Well, he noticed that the bushing was starting to go, but it was about 2 years until it really gave me any real issues.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Son to anybody. As long as I live in the area and he's open, I can't picture myself going anywhere else for my service needs.

Son is amazing! Hands down a great person to rely on and provides transparency with deliverance of care. I got my catalytic converter stolen at my old apartment complex Cerano apartments in Milpitas (dreadful). And was lucky to have been connected to Son who welded a new cat and took care of some other issues on my secondary vehicle. Drives great, will consider and recommend MS Auto Services to anyone in need of a reliable, rationally priced mechanic.
