“TLDR; Elva is a godsend. If you are looking for the ultimate professionalism, honesty, transparency, the best rates, and, above all, immaculate customer service, Elva should be your go-to mortgage broker.
We are first-time homebuyers and could not ask for anyone other than Elva to handle our mortgage process. She even took time from her personal off day to tackle many other issues that arose during the property sale process.

“I have always had terrible experiences with BofA tellers. The tellers are often condescending and treat me like I don't know what I'm talking about. I don't feel comfortable asking "Dumb questions" as a young person who recently got a decent paying job and is new to banking with large amounts of money. The only reason I haven't left BofA is just because I haven't found a bank I like yet. However, today I got help from Alejandra, who didn't patronize me at all and answered all my questions without making me feel like I shouldn't have asked. Alejandra, even though it didn't look like much, you really changed my opinion of BofA!”
