I went in this branch and spoke to a Linh Hoang who said he would get my father free checking account on 1/3/24 as well as refund him some $25 fee charges because my father did not need that type of account. He never changed my father's checking account and he was still charged $25 for January and February so I went back into the branch spoke to Shah who said she would help my father if he came into the bank. I wanted them to refund my father for Jan Feb $25 since Linh said he would not be charged this. Shah helped my father said his charge would be $5 per month and didn't refund him anything. This morning I spoke to the branch Manager and he was not empathetic to my retired father's situation and said Linh no longer works there and that there is no free accounts. So unfortunate I told him and that my father will be closing his account and he said ok so I hung up. I don't care if someone is no longer employed for you when they were they made promises that weren't kept. My advice screw B Of A go to another bank they don't care about members period! This branch and BofA are rip offs and don't deserve your money people wake up!

5/5 best customer service from Rachel and Elieen! Elieen was very helpful, she talked about everything I needed to know about opening my fist card here at BOA. Rachel was very helpful to my mom and explained every question my mom had about her account! We would come here again if we have any other questions!

I'd give it zero stars if I could. Only 4 or 5 people in line and no one seemed to have any sense of urgency in dealing with them. There was a lady at the counter being helped for a long time by the only diligent-looking worker there. Everyone else was walking around, not acknowledging the people patiently waiting for help. I went for a simple withdrawal, but left after 20-30 minutes of waiting. Horrendous service here

The bank has the worst customer service. Staff unwilling to help people. Had gone to the bank without an appointment and was told an upto 35 minutes wait. 45 minutes later no one attended and when asked was given curt replies

I come in to do my business deposits and there is always one teller at their station. There is always a long line. If you intend to use this bank at this address. I advice you clear your schedule because you'll be here for a couple hours.

We needed to pop in to deposit a check and this was on our planned shopping route so we went on in. Agggggg huge line. But Several members of the staff were working the line and if you had something simply like a straight check deposit they handled it themselves thus expediting peoples wait. That was an unexpected customer service bonus. Aside from that it was typical BofA location with plenty of parking and ATMs outside

Bank of America Shame on you. I have been a customer for 44 years your not the same. My step-son filed a Fraud claim in NY at an Apple store. he does not have an iPhone or Mac either. We live in California, he called to tell BofA it was fraud, they rejected it. I have spent about 7 hours trying to help him. Talked with at least 6 people and managers. They even are charging interest on the $800.... They said the cared was used with a Chip...he has never been in NY. Still trying to solve the issues with no luck....

Bad service, walked in to make a deposit (I don't like using the ATM for deposits, I rather have a teller psychically handling my deposits, I've had experiences with the ATMs) Lady behind the teller desk tells me the teller is supposedly going to lunch so no one could help me but there was 6-7 other workers in the facility. There's 6-7 workers there, you're telling me that there's only one teller for the whole branch who's able to help ???? Ridiculous

I lost my debit card and tried to replace via online but something went wrong. So, I visited BOA the one in Santa Clara but they didnt take of my business well(felt ignored) so I went to this branch on the crossed steets of Trimble and 1st st. When I walked in and asked for help, the branch manager showed sympathy about the issue I got with warm heart then escorted me to an office. The staff who took care of my issue at the office was also so wonderful and tried to resolve the problem doing her best. It has been so long to go inside bank since I'm used to online banking. But, it was great experience having 'in person banking' because of the nicest and kind members at the Trimble & 1st st BOA branch! Thank you very much for yor help again!!! :)

I have had my share of horrific BofA trips and this location was amazing! Super clean, ample parking, large location, friendly staff and best past is it was empty when I came (4:00pm on a Tuesday)

One star for the lady with a thick accent who greets you while you're in line. She was extremely pushy asking me and everyone else in line to go use the ATMs outside when I kept telling her I wanted specific bills and a certain amount. I obliged her and went outside and the ATM to maybe save the tellers some trouble but it didn't work out so I went back inside. She then kept harassing me to open up my app and show her things and she was standing so close to me even in this pandemic and hovering over my shoulder while I am trying to open my personal bank account app. I felt extremely uncomfortable, I wish she had left me alone after I came back inside. I will probably never come back to this branch because of this experience. Apparently I am not the only one with a poor experience with this woman, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

1. This BoA gives out water bottles on a hot day sometimes. 2.They have hand sanitizers. 3. Is never busy in my experience. 4. They have a hostess all the time to greet and help you. 5. Willing and helpful guests. Especially that woman Mora as a surname.

Following up on Carlos' comment on the Indian lady working in the bank, I was also offended by a Indian lady employed at that branch. This incident occurred during my 2:30 pm visit on July 14, 2020. The Indian lady bank teller belittled me for waiting in line to place a check deposit while I clearly explained to her the deposit function for several ATMs outside was not functioning. The Indian bank teller's negative and offensive attitude makes me wonder if she wanted her job in the first place. In order to prevent more customers from being victims of this bank teller's unprofessional work attitude, I had to make a Yelp account and post my first review. If managers working at this Bank of America branch sees this review, please do something about this particular staff member.
