I own a home organizing/relocation company and working together on our previous clients home was seamless. From getting it prepped and ready to list with Lawrence, and everything in between. He handled everything very efficiently and and was always very communicative by checking in to both my client and I. We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Lawrence Monterossa. We are first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. We met with a couple of realtors before Monterossa, but we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is honest and hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family. Not only that, he is a leader in the youth community, I’ve seen him giving back to the youth sports world by coaching and being a leader to these kids.
