Bad customer service. Tell you one thing on the phone and once you arrive they say they can’t help you. Waste of time. Asian man had no clue what he is doing.

Very helpful and informative, I like the fact that they give a call back instead of having you wait on the line at a timely matter

Telephone costumer assistance is really bad they ask you how can they help you and as soon you tell them they said they call you back and the call never come so you call them again and they said the exact thing they told you before that happens three times and is the same girl!
