The customer service at this store is top-notch. The staff is very friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable about the products they carry. They are very observant of customers' preferences and make helpful suggestions. They also take the time to explain how the products work, which has helped me save money. I really appreciate the service at this store. My friendly neighborhood store. I miss my guy that use to be in store 24/7??? Did they sale store??

I bought some pipe tobacco, captain black 14.95 but somehow came out to $17 bucks after tax for 1.5 oz 1. I was taken back by the price though compared to pipes and cigars online $8.98 for 1.5 oz. I won't knock them to hard with a one star review because the rent in this whole place is just too damn high. However, if they want repeat business from me personally, the prices have to come down some, at least for pipe tobacco

They don't sell flavored disposable vapes anymore according to the long hair dude and it seemed like he didn't even want me to be there in the first place like he didn't even wanna sell me anything lol I tried to ask a question but ignored like okay I can take my business somewhere else wouldn't be shocked if this goes out of business soon maybe long straight dude is the owner/in charge which makes it even worse horrible customer service skills if you don't wanna be there then don't no one has a gun to your head go be happy in another job since you hate this so much

Amazing staff and i appreciate them staying in this location so i don't have to drive else where BUT. I would like the store owners to know that I think they sould stop selling Lux vape pens. The mechanism is so weird. I have to pick up the pen, look at the light, make sure it stops flashing, make sure that i've waited 2-3 seconds after the flahshing end, to then draw. IT"S really annoying for a pen that's over $15.

Chill, friendly service. Usually has most of the mod components in stock that I need, though they never carry any of the drip tips that match the vapes they sell. So one star deduction for that illogical stocking methodology. But they have a great selection of products and cleanses, for those last minute "oh sh*t" moments at work.
