I recommend everyone to Richard Zaragoza. Scheduled a meeting with him and Richard came prepared with a few cars he had in mind for me. Was very clear in giving me descriptions about the car and was very mindful with his word choices. I could tell he prioritized in making you feel comfortable at the car dealership by offering water and engaging into personal conversations too. He is a hustler and a hard worker. I recommend him to everyone.

The service rep was helpful and clearly explained the options. The service was completed in the time promised.
The only issue was that I was asked if I wanted a complimentary car wash and they made it a point to explain it would just be a quick wash which I was fine with but when I received my car it had not been washed at all, not even a wipe down. I could tell because my car has a layer of dust and even a quick car wash would have removed some of that. Don't offer something if you are not going to even attempt to do it.

Very unhappy with the service. Dropped off my vehicle first thing in the morning for a standard service. Didn’t get to it until the afternoon when it was too late to complete the service, didn’t offer a rental car since mine had to stay overnight. As part of the service, they didn’t mention any issues with suspension or alignment but when I took my car in for a small tire patch, they couldn’t do it because the cupping on the tires was so bad. Incredibly disappointing.

Brought my Silverado in for service 2 months ago and still waiting. Service department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Been a loyal GM customer for years and they have made me aware it’s time for change. Service department needs to be addressed.

I am waiting for my windshield wiper to be replaced. I purchased a 2021 Tahoe in May. The windshield wiper is warped and hasn't even seen usage in any raining situation. My service rep has not called me back to just replace it. The truck was purchased brand new for a lot of money. To think there is hesitation in replacing a 12 part that has not been used is disturbing

Had an ACDelco battery that needed warranty replacement.
According to ACDelco, Chevrolet/GM takes care of the warranty replacement.
Contacted Chevrolet by email and by phone and I just started receiving spam messages and emails asking me to come in for a test drive.

I went to look it vehicles, as I had bought my 2019 through Stevens Creek. At that time they were great. Destiny was great in walking me through and being very honest and forthcoming. I expressed my budget and inevitably she said they couldn't meet my budget. I expected that's what would happen, however I just wanted to see what the answer could be. She was very professional and I appreciate her honesty and candidness.
However another gentleman came into the conversation by the name of Richard. Richard was not even the manager. Yet his posture was as if he was the manager. He was rude, condescending, and flat out unprofessional. He questioned my numbers as I had aready stated that it was a budget. He was condescending by telling me good luck on finding what I was asking for when in fact I was just asking if they can meet my numbers or not.
Destiny was still polite and apologize for not being able to meet what I was asking for. I would recommend if you go in there stay away from Richard he has no idea of the concept of professionalism or courtesy. After that experience I don't believe I'm ever going to go back even for a used vehicle.

You kept my car for six days for a simple part replacement. You did not call with updates, I had to call/text you. And just like the last time we serviced with your dealership; you did NOT wash my car as requested
