They did an excellent job replacing the screen of my MacBook Pro M2. Their service is exceptional and much quicker than going to the Apple store!

Came in for a warranty for my AirPods with an appointment, was a few minutes late but they took me no problem, staff were polite and let me know it would have to be sent out for diagnostics and repair and should the repair fall out of the scope of warranty they would call me and ask for permission to proceed. They stated it would take 3-4 business days and it only took 2. 10/10 great service and turn around. Only business improvements should be lighting in the store.

do not go to this establishment for your apple repairs. They promise a fix and a $35 dollar payment. This seemed reasonable until then being told that I would have to pay crazy amounts for a new screen if I wanted my phone to be fixed. That is not a great solution considering how much it would cost to buy a new phone. Stay away from this place to save time and money!

0 stars!!!! An employee on 2/17/24 for my 2:40 pm appointment was rude, dismissive, greedy, and impolite. Not only was I interrupted every time I tried to answer his questions, he stood in the back of the room behind multiple cabinets/counters, and had ME do all the work. He would call out instructions to me across the room and they were almost always incorrect or unhelpful. He kept reiterating my issue had to do with water damage, even after I paid him a ridiculous diagnostic fee, which concluded NO WATER! He then told us there was no solution, but that I had the option to pay him MORE to use his "machine" to restore my phone. He explained that we had no other option except to pay him some money or pay our phone company, Verizon, hundreds of dollars. So now, post-machine, My phone is on factory settings, NOT FIXED- and actually, incapable of even being set up as a phone now. It is an unusable BRICK. Besides the service being unhelpful, and the fact he BROKE my phone, the person himself was so unprofessional. He refused to even walk over to us and instead sat down in the back of the room like we were diseased. He would ask me questions about the phone and then interrupt me in the middle of the sentence as if he didn't care. I would explain something COMMON SENSE about the phone's issue and he wouldn't even understand (or of course, interrupt me again). How do I know more than the expert does? He even went as far as admitting he couldn't do anything, and suggested I use my "extra phone". Who has extra phones?! Because I am not rich, naturally, I only have one. What a slap in the face to explain I can't afford anything expensive but to have him charge me and then laugh because I only had one iphone. I went here seeking help for an issue with my phone that I did not even cause, and yet I was belittled by this employee and the horrible establishment. Do not go here. They take your money, lie, and are so clueless, I debate if they were even trained.

I used them several years ago for an iphone battery replacement and was happy with the service. My current iphone needs a new battery, so I went online to book an appt. I went on the website and use contact is to ask how long it would take. They said I had to come in and order the battery then once the battery came in, book an appt to out it in. No way to order the battery online or over the phone. Ok, I cancelled the appt and came by to order the battery. I walked into the store and they said I had to make an appt to order the battery! Total waste of time for no price break over the apple store. I'm never going back of this is how hard it is to get a totally basic service. If they had told me in the text that I had to schedule to order the battery I MIGHT have considered using them again. But at this point, I give up. There is an Apple store literally across the street for the same price, so I'll stick with them.

Buyers beware: Even though you have Apple care, they will charge you $35 for diagnostics and need to keep your MacBook overnight. I wish they stated that on their site and emails, so I didn't have to waste my time going there.

It is better to go to Apple store. Mobile Kangaroo charges money even for initial diagnostics. I had to pay $19 for airpods inspection, which were not repairable. They charged full price to replace. If you end up buying from them then they adjust that amount but who would buy airpods at full price when it is available at discount outside.Otherwise, service is fast.

Please check the most recent review if you decide to go here, or make appointment referred by Apple website. The staff asked to scan their QR code, which ask for your personal information and payment for a diagnose fee without any explanation. The repair fee is the extra after the diagnosis done. For AirPods, you need to pay 19-49$ first, then you can know if it need to repair or replace.

You need to pay 19-49$ upfront before even the person in charge takes a look at your phone. The repair charges are additional. This seems unnecessary
