Called Charles for a pre-purchase inspection the morning of, and he got me into his schedule at a very reasonable price. He went independently to the dealer and quickly gave me all the details I needed over the phone. He even suggested a few items to ask for repair, which the dealer did for me. Highly recommend Mobile Auto Works.

Charles from Mobile Auto Works is my hero! When my car broke down unexpectedly, he came to my rescue with exceptional service. Their prompt and honest repairs, from brakes to electrical issues, were done at an affordable price. From now on, Mobile Auto Works will be my go-to mechanic service, and I will enthusiastically recommend them to all my friends and family!

Charles is extremely knowledgeable and cares about doing a good job. He came out to diagnose my dead Ford Ranger. He got her running after a month sitting idle and we have a plan moving forward with maintenance and fine tuning. I would STRONGLY recommend this mechanic. Charles was great. Got a pre-purchase inspection. Came by right on time, checked out the car quickly, pointed out everything he found and explained it all comprehensively. He answered any questions I had in a very kind manner and offered further help in the future. Didn't even pay that much for a PPI. Setting an appointment was easy and quick. Give him a call before you set it online and it's even easier. I would definitely recommend MAW to anyone looking for a kind professional who knows what they're doing.

Charles came out to my house to give me a repair quote on my Jeep! He’s very knowledgeable, that much is obvious! However is is also extremely kind and took time to explain the repairs! I am scheduling the actual repair work next week, but thought a separate review on the estimate process was warranted!

Quite assertive in urging me to make an immediate reservation for their service, followed by a 60 USD price increase, all without inquiring about the urgency of your request.This atitude alone it enough for me to decide not to work with this company.

I didn't know any mechanics and needed someone knowledgably to inspect a car I was considering buying. Thank goodness for Charles! He noticed an accident which occurred in rear & bent the frame. Compromised and very expensive to repair. So worth the money!
