I wanted to express my concern with Milpitas Tile with cautionary concern from doing business with guy named Kendu. He is highly unprofessional when it comes to his work and will not give you sound advice just to earn a quick buck. I spent 5,500 on flooring and he put it over the tiles with cheap flooring. Moreover, the flooring wobbly throughout my house and is not return my calls after his work was partially completed. I repeat DO NOT DO BUSINESS.

Kendu and Tony recently helped us designed our kitchen. The custom cabinets are beautiful. I wanted cabinets from floor to ceiling and Tony delivered exactly what I had in mind. Kendu assisted us in selecting the hardware and flooring for the house. Everything looks great! If you are looking for ideas or have a design in mind, Kendu and Tony can guide you through the process of design and material selection. Kendu is very knowledgeable of the latest and greatest products for kitchen, bath, and flooring. Tony is the cabinet specialist. Between the both of them, they can help turn your ideas into reality.

Comparing to those gigantic tile/cabinet/floor shop, Milpitas Tile is small. However, because it's smaller, you get full service here! Kendu is very knowledgeable and down to detail. We walked-in without reservation and he spent 3 hours to went through tile, grout, design, and actual amount needed. Will come back for his service!

This is the second part of my review. They finished the update/remodel. Kendu, Tony and his crew did an excellent job. Kendu and Tony helped us picked the colors for cabinets, countertop, vanities, fixtures, floors and etc... Kendu promised us a three weeks flipping but they finished the projects within 7 days. Any issues was address promptly. We are enjoying the newly renovated beautiful and cozy home. Thank you Kendu and Tony! Excellent customer service!

I remodeled my bathrooms mid last year and stumbled on Milpitas Tile after ordering most of my materials from big box stores. After talking with Kendu (the owner), I ended up getting all of my materials (shower faucet, shower and floor tiles, shower door, shower pan, counter tops, sinks, mirrors, etc) from him and returning the stuff that I previously purchased from other stores. The materials at Milpitas Tile were much better quality, at the same (or lower) price as from the big box stores. In addition, Kendu had my custom counter tops/sinks made in a fraction of the time anyone else quoted. The other great thing about Mipitas Tile is the fact that Kendu and team will sit down with you and help you figure out exactly what you want/need at any price point. I am not an interior designer or a contractor, so really appreciated Kendu's insight and suggestions. Just swung by today, as the hose on my shower attachment had started leaking and Kendu happily replaced the hose. No charge and no questions asked. Definitely stands behind his stuff even after a year has passed. If you have an upcoming remodel, I cannot recommend Milpitas Tile enough. Kendu and team are great people and run a solid family business. Thank you Kendu!!!

Amazing customer service. They were super fast in delivering the cultured onyx shower and tub. All other stores mentioned a wait time of about 2-3 weeks, but Milpitas tile delivered on the 4th day after placing the order.
