AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COST, like many other recent reviews said.
They advertised the items are made in Italy but it was NOT.
They said they will ship a new item, but they did not - they just gave me the one in the shop. It was USED ITEM with MANY DEFECTS.
And the conditions of the item was terrible - rusty bolts/ steel, defects, scratches, cracks
I filed complaints and they said they are going to replace it. But they never did.
I just called again to check the status of my order but they are clearly not aware of even who I am (even after sending over 10 emails)
When things turn unfavorable for them, they always say, "CEO would know," claiming they don't. But the CEO is never around. He went to Turkey a day after I received my defective furnitures. So I had to wait 5 weeks for him to come back. (and to this day, after 3 months, nothing had happened)
At first they asked to wait for a month, so I did. Then they ask for another one. And I gave them another chance. And another - but clearly they are NOT taking care of it with attention. Or they just don’t communicate each other. If James do all the work - then he must be the one who should be in the store, not other people.
I will file a complaint to Consumer Affairs and get my rights back at any cost.
THIS CAN NOT BE JUSTIFIED.

We are experiencing the worst level of customer service in replacing our item.
We noticed the defects on our furnitures immediately upon the arrival of our furnitures. So we claimed it. But the delivery people said they are just the delivery guys and have nothing to do with the furniture shop.
But check your invoice - it says after the delivery, you will not be able to return it.
We believed this was truly unfair and strongly requested a refund. However, they said a refund would severely impact their business, so I generously asked for a replacement instead. I'm still waiting for the replacement. I’ve given them multiple chances in good faith, but I seriously doubt if they are genuinely interested in resolving this issue.
Be aware of your own risk.

We have been waiting for our sofa for almost 12 weeks now, they do not communicate the delays with customers proactively, and provide inaccurate updates on time. Hopefully, the information great they use leather from Italy and just assemble in China is not a lie.

I bought a lot of furniture here. Many pieces of furniture came with damage, but they didn’t do anything for that. When I first called to them they said they will fix it, but after that, they never picked up my phone. And I also file a claim to BBB, but still they didn’t respond for that. Please never use this shop. After you buy furniture, you will never get any service or warranty. Even this is illegal, there is nothing you can do.

This store has some wonderful pieces from Italy. We bought a huge lighter gray material sectional years ago and it is still in wonderful condition. Every time we visit the guy is super helpful and at the same time let's us look around and sit around lol Beautiful leather couches, nice headboards and tons of books to look through which I love.

It is very good material, I bought some chairs, they are at a very good price and they are comfortable pine wood painted in dark cherry red wine.

All things considered with supple chain delays experienced with all furniture companies, and after searching in all major stores for an allergy free sofa in a white not cream or beige, I was surprised to have found the right sofa here, and discounted. Their leather sofa is good quality and no chemicals that would be in some manufactured materials.

We have purchased whole house furniture for our new home from Milano furniture. James is great man pouring all the catalogs and swatches and we found all the furniture what we need. We purchased three bedroom sets, Natuzzi leather sectional with recliners, dining set and entertainment center. All were delivered on time what we were quoted for. Delivery crew was very professional. They followed COVID-19 PPE. That made us very happy. Thank you James for getting our furniture safely.

walked just to look around and the guy was really convincing and got my gf hooked on a bed with 2 other pieces total was 3k . I asked him why it was so expensive if i had seen the same bed frame cheaper he said its good wood from italy " not that cheap china stuff" i ended up buying it and he later was supposed to return money to me idk why i forgot but he was trying to give me less i found the original recpiet and told him he tried to play it off but paid me. When the bed was delivered to me and they built it it said "made in Malaysia" its been about 2-3 years and 2 legs have fallen off the bed & a leg off the dresser. Super disappointed, PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM.
