Horrible service, the owner was rude and dismissive. I had brought this service through grupon, I had come.by one before I had to leave out of town. Once I came in to take advantage of the offer. I had parked in the empty parking lot. The owner comes in and asks me to move my vehicle in a rude manner, I moved it and thinking I was blocking something he needed acces to. Turns out he just wanted the parking spot. Mind you there is plenty of empty spot around us. He then ask what he can help me work I state yes I am here for an oil change, he goes to tell me call to make appointment, and to call in an hour. I ask are you on lunch, he says no ok.. he enters the garage. We'll of he's not on lunch let me call make the appointment as he had instructed. Doesn't answer, I knock on the door and he decides to escalate and exchange of words and becomes aggressive. And this point I state that this isn't any way to speak to paying customers. I am now in the process of dealing with groupon to get my money refund from groupon. This was hands down the worst experience I have come across.

I originally came here with a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and had no problems getting an appointment for the next day. I was pleased with the ease and convenience. I only had to wait 15-20 minutes to get back on the road. So I returned for my next oil change and the same man was there, gave me another easy and affordable oil change with no issues. He doesn’t spit jargon and make you feel dumb to upsell. This guy is legit.
My friend told me he was paying twice as much for oil changes at a chain shop and was getting upsold on all kinds on unnecessary add ons. So I sent him to midway because it’s a no nonsense shop with the same guy each time who does fast, good work and doesn’t bs to charge more. My friend returned scratching his head as to why he’d been paying so much more for the same service and with no effort on customer service. Midway does it better and for less.

Amir the mechanic is a cold-hearted rude man. Amir is also a liar. He would gaslight the people that gave him negative reviews against him to avoid a negative image of his business. He is the owner and the only worker that works at this auto repair. He is the rudest person I have ever met, let alone the rudest mechanic. He may respond back to this review in defensivenss, but if you look at the other people’s negative reviews on him, then many people can agree that this man is rude and mean.
I had an oil change this year before driving for a roadtrip from CA Bay Area to states like South Dakota, Colorado, Oklahoma etc. which was like over 4,500 miles roundtrip, and wanted to make sure that my car is all set up in great condition. I do not want to break down in a secluded area. Amir gave me a complimentary tire rotation because of an unsuccessfull work he did in my car before (more on that later). I called him the next day after the oil change and tire rotation to make sure he torque wrench all my 4 tires when he did during the tire rotation, and he cussed me out, and was so mean to me and yelled at me and blamed me for his stress. I was to drive 4,500+ miles and just had 1 extra question for safety and he answered in a heartless way. Its not worth paying for his low-priced service and be talked down to, and I would rather pay a bit more money to another business who is not rude.
Last year, I paid him over $300 for new struts to repair, and then about 6 weeks afterwards, those same struts; along with the coil spring broke off in the highway and stranded me during my CA Bay Area to Texas roadtrip. The whole ordeal and new repairs cost me over $600 to another mechanic. I lost trust in Amir after that and even doubt and wonder if he was really putting full synthetic oil that I paid for in my car or maybe its not full synthetic oil.

Incredibly rude on phone and in person. Answers saying he’s busy and he’ll call back but never calls back. DO NOT buy the Groupon for this shop. You still have to pay an additional $30 to get an oil change and they treat you terribly.

I called to try to book an appointment for an oil change. I was asking questions about the availabilityand times but he sounded rude and annoyed with the questions I asked. He literally told me " call another time if your not sure about the availability. I have costumers waiting". I never experience such bad customers service before. ???

This guy needs to be fired from his work if he is not owner of this business. He is rude, unprofessional. Even when you buy coupon they charge you additional 30$ for oil change. You almost can’t make an appointment there and he keeps telling to call next day to check if there is available timeframe to make an appointment. Doesn’t even worth to call and talk to him, he is almost always on lunch. He answers, puts you on hold right away and after few minutes he says i am on lunch and call later, he hangs up. You call afterwards, he being rude, he won’t make appointment within 2-3 days and he usually says to call on Monday. Better pay cash for someone who can change oil or go to the Jiffy Lube or something and get it done. This guy is pure waste of time!!!!

I called 6x to schedule an oil change. He said he was busy & would get back to me. He never did. I drove over there early am thinking he could fit me in.He told me to come back at 5:00 pm. I came back & paid $34 additional to my groupon

Beware of EXTREME FEES. They asked $33 fee on top of groupon paid for oil change. They asked $55 fees on top of groupon paid for transmission fluid change. These fee values will be unknown when buying groupon and you will end up wasting a lot of time cancelling through groupon. Refund will also take several weeks. I called them and on phone and avoided driving to their shop and being surprised.

Bought groupon and called this shop. A guy picked up and mentioned additonal $29 need to be paid. When I asked why, he was rude and disconnected. Luckily I got refund from groupon. It is a bait and switch and don't get groupon for this auto shop.

Don’t really get all the bad reviews. Amir looked happy to solve my issue, although whoever was on the phone was a little apathetic.
including the Groupon, My total came out to about 180 after fixing my AC Freon and replacing a leaky valve. Which I think was a decent price, not exactly a deal.

My experience with this business makes it easily one of the worst customer experience ever!!! If I would have read the reviews on Google, I would've never bought the Groupon bc it shows as 5 stars on their site.
It can be hard to get a hold of them over the phone. When I went to visit them in person, they had no customers and he refused to take my car for an oil change bc he said I needed an appointment. That's fair, but his demeanor and tone was as if I was a nuance to his business for asking to make an appointment. He even scoffed when I asked him if we could make an appointment, for monday. He said I have to call Monday morning. I asked him why can't we just make an appointment now that I am here and he was annoyed and said I don't book that far out . When I did reach out first thing in the morning on Monday , I asked about Wednesday and he said what time. I told him 9am and he said oh no. We're just getting into the office. How can you open at 9am but refuse to see me. How lazy and unprofessional. My experience corroborates with many of the negative reviews I see on here. He also told me $26 for disposal fee which is absurd. They also ask if you're using a coupon, which I feel if you say yes, they make it impossible for you to be seen. Avoid!!!!!

I just purchased a Groupon for an oil change and called to make an appointment. I was on the phone for like a minute or two and the guy was very rude from the start till the end. So I cancelled the Groupon and going somewhere else. If you are going to be annoyed about being on the phone during your lunch time, just don’t pick up the damn phone.
