I ordered online to pick up a gift for my son. The website said they had it in stock.Got there. No order. Out of stock. Why did I get ready for pickup email.Manager was very rude and has horrible people skills. She was like we cant do anything about it. Talk to customer service. Sloppy employees, not interested in their jobs

Store seemed smaller than o last remember. I was able to find what I was looking for though, took me a little time. Overall, not so bad.

Pretty decent selection of art supplies but couldn’t find all the art pens I was looking for. Very friendly staff but the UI for self-checkout needs work. I scanned all my items but because I didn’t first touch the screen asking whether I’m a member or not I had to re-scan everything ?

We did custom framing at this location. Candice did an exceptional job framing our 53*53 inches painting and was very helpful through the process of picking out the right materials as well as advice on how to carry it home! She and Brandon helped us pack the painting so it would not get damaged in the car! I appreciate the 5 star customer service.

I ordered two identical custom framed items and was told they would be ready on Sunday, 12-18. I was told to call in earlier to see if they might beat that date. I called on Tuesday, 12-13-22, and was told to hold. I did so for 10 minutes without connecting. I called again on Friday, 12-16-22, and was told their phone system was not working properly. They asked for my name and number and they would deliver it to framing to call me. There was no call back. I called late Sunday afternoon (the due date) and was told the phone system was problematic. But they asked for my name and number again to give to the Manager to check status and get back to me. I received a voicemail from the Manager noting that my project was ready for pick-up. I drove that night about 16 miles round trip to pick up my two identical items. The framing associate found one ready. She found the other IDENTICAL item incomplete in back. There was a note on it saying that I was left a voicemail from the Manager noting that the order would be ready for pick up the next day. That was a lie. My voicemail said the order was ready to pick up now. Between the phone service and internal messaging (lie note), this is some of the worst customer service I have had anywhere!

I place an order on Dec.2nd. for 6 bottles of Elmer's Craftbond tacky glue for a Christmas project the kids are making as a gift for their parents. I needed the glue ASAP but didn't expect Michael's to take 2 to 3 days to process my order then another 6 or 7 days to be delivered. I can't wait that long. Received an email showing only 1 bottle of glue is being shipped. Called customer service, spoke to a young lady. She said each bottle is being shipped in 6 separate deliveries. The young lady was no help at all. I can't understand that, obviously I am working on a project to need that many bottles of glue. I called the headquarters. Spoke to a lady and told her what the problem is. She agreed that it didn't make sense for the glue to be shipped in 6 separate deliveries. She said they will help me and said she will have Ed call me back. At first I was relieved and there was hope. That went out the window when I waited the whole day and no call. I'm going to write a letter to the CEO. An email was sent from someone in CS giving me all 6 tracking #'s for my order. I can't believe it. I needed help in expediting my order. These people don't know anything about customer service . Wouldn't you think my order would come out of a warehouse/fulfillment center where they store tons of glue? Duh! This has caused me a lot of stress and frustration because the project has to be done this week. Kids are going on Christmas vacation. I stopped shopping at Michael's when they stopped offering the 50% coupons. With this experience, don't even bother to shop on line. I wouldn't give it any stars if I could. It would be minus 1,000 stars!
