Went there to look up some frame customization. Brenda was extremely helpful and laid out all of the options to us. She even shared valuable insights for what kind of frames to get. Interaction with her is extremely pleasant.

Mostly self checkout, there are customer service representatives on duty. I shopped for mainly ribbons. Because of graduation week, their selection was very minimal.
