I got a flat tire on the way to work. AAA dropped off my car to the shop. They were super helpful and friendly. Their shuttle service saved the day for me. My car was ready for pick up a couple hours later. Thanks a bunch to everyone at Michael & Company!

Brought my car in after being rear ended. The drop off went smoothly with Lynn and all communication from that point was done with her and the insurance, taking the stress away completely! Kay, the advisor there kept me updated on all the progress with my car. It took a few weeks, but given the damage, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. My car looks just as it was before the accident. Overall a very smooth experience and likely will be returning in the future. Big thank you to the whole staff!

i HIGHLY recommend Micheal & Co! i have been bringing my car here for years and they always make me feel safe, both in the shop and on the road. i appreciate that the folks in the office remember my name AND that they have the courtesy shuttle to drop me off at home & pick me up when my car is ready. i started coming because they offer AAA discount and now i'm never going anywhere else! service is quick & prices are reasonable.

Excellent service…steam cleaning of undercarriage. Drop off & pick up was efficient. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Roberto was able to give me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait. Highly recommend this business. ?

Not Recommended !! Do Not go to this shop! They have no clue working on BMW. They charge 1.5 hour to run diagnostics and don’t even give you exact results because they want to drain your pockets for another 3 hours of diagnostics. Find a shop that’s experienced!

We have used them for years on our Honda CR-V. Their collision repair work is impeccable and they stand behind it. They work on a lot of Hondas and seem to have a great rapport with Honda Corp. When the repairs are done to factory specs there are no issues after we get the car back. Paint is all mixed by computer and perfect.Service is always pro and the only body shop that finishes on time without whining.I plan to take our other car there to repaint the flaking roof which is out of pocket.That's what I have.Services: Auto detailing

Kay (and everyone else) was very nice and patient with my questions and getting my tire replaced was very low stress!
