I took my car twice here and I love how they returned my car back to me , they gave my car a pretty nice detail before returning it back to ,makes me feel like it's a whole new car , I just want to say Lynn is awesome she's very responsive ,I honestly felt stress free not dealing too much with insurance she pretty much gets the job done .

I got a flat tire on the way to work. AAA dropped off my car to the shop. They were super helpful and friendly. Their shuttle service saved the day for me. My car was ready for pick up a couple hours later. Thanks a bunch to everyone at Michael & Company!

Brought my car in after being rear ended. The drop off went smoothly with Lynn and all communication from that point was done with her and the insurance, taking the stress away completely! Kay, the advisor there kept me updated on all the progress with my car. It took a few weeks, but given the damage, it was done in a reasonable amount of time. My car looks just as it was before the accident. Overall a very smooth experience and likely will be returning in the future. Big thank you to the whole staff!

Was recommended by a friend. I took my RV there and they did a terrific job of fixing a problem that the dealer couldn't fix. They even slightly re-engineered the system so I wouldn't have this problem again. I highly recommend them. Their quote was right on and they delivered the vehicle back on time.

I was in a car accident and found out that I didn't have full coverage on my truck. They were so helpful and patient with me to try and get me the best deal they could. The work was perfect as well. Really recommend them, the staff is very nice.

I recently wrote the attached review and am very happy to say that we got a call from someone at Michael & Co. This call meant so much as it shows their there are measures in place to monitor their service. Thank you Felisha for the outreach............................We have been customers for over 20 years and recently brought in our car to fix a broken part that raises and lowers the window. We had to bring the car back 3 times to repair stuff they didn't do right the first time. The car was returned with other broken parts (near where they did their work) and they will not claim responsibility for all their mistakes. They did replace a panel (that they punctured when working on the car) but that was after the 3rd trip to their shop. They then agreed to reimburse us if we found the part to fix another issue. After sending the receipt, they have now said they won't cover it.

The quality of Michael's is unmatched. I didn't know what to expect, I've never had my car fixed after and accident. I tried to find an adjuster last minute after a different place messed up my appointment. I was so fortunate to have found this place. First off the staff is incredible. The ladies in the office are amazing souls who understood my frustration and kept me up to date on the progress of my car. It took 2 months but when I got her back it was worth the wait. My car looks brand new it looks better than when I picked her up from the dealership. I just expected them to fix my car but they returned her fully detailed inside and out. I get to go back to get three new hubcaps and a pinstripe paint line along my car sides. I'm so thankful to the team for putting my car together so beautifully and working with my insurance to get more things covered to make sure she looked presentable. If something like this happens again I know where to go. Also!!! They have shuttle from their spot to the enterprise rental place. prime service. They really empathized with me about my car too.

This place is amazing! I had gotten in a car accident almost a year ago and came here to get my trunk door and rear bumper replaced. I was having an issue with my reverse sensors and my trunk door handle after a few months, so I came back to the collision department to have them look at what I noticed to see what they could do. Yolanda was amazing and ended up fixing both of my issues for free right then and there, which I was not expecting at all and was such a kind gesture. She genuinely made my day and I cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing customer service! Thank you Yolanda :)

I got into a minor car accident that required the replacement of my back bumper. I do have a lease vehicle with Ford and this was one of the companies State Farm recommended to me. They are Ford certified and did an amazing job. I was able to get a quick estimate and then scheduled the repair in the near future (the part had to be ordered). I dropped it off and picked it up the same day. Very professional and even cleaned my car for me.

I was referred here by my insurance to have my car fixed after i was rear ended. Yolanda was extremely helpful. She even spoke to insurance on my behalf since i was having trouble handling my case. They are very quick, responsive, and reliable. I appreciate their help so much and i recommend this place to anyone who needs their car taken care of. i HIGHLY recommend Micheal & Co! i have been bringing my car here for years and they always make me feel safe, both in the shop and on the road. i appreciate that the folks in the office remember my name AND that they have the courtesy shuttle to drop me off at home & pick me up when my car is ready. i started coming because they offer AAA discount and now i'm never going anywhere else! service is quick & prices are reasonable.
