The mechanics rely on the diagnostic tool too much to figure out what is wrong with your car. If they can't figure it out after days they just reset the check engine light and send you off.

My friend and I did the oil changes here 1 time. After a month, my car had oil leak badly. Their mechanics burned my nut by using the overpower gun when ting the screw. They failed on washer also. They didn't do anything to help me. For my friend's car, their mechanics told him right away that the oil was leaking after they changed the oil. Both of us did oil changes from another places for many years and had no issue. We moved and wanted to give this shop a try because it was closer. We regrets to do the business with this shop

These guys charged $391 to CHANGE THE OIL in a truck... they figured since it's a company no one is paying attention... when I asked them about it, they said they would give me my money back, so I sent my guy down to get it, and they only gave him $200.... They are THIEVES

If I could give negative stars I would because it is too expensive place. I went there for my first time and also the last. They delayed more than 2 hours and half doing a job that is like 1 hour. And at the end they charged me almost 500 dollars for 2 motor mounts. I don't recommend this place.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They replaced my headlights and my hazard lights were no longer working after they installed the new headlights. They also said that they don't have time to check it or fix it because they were closing in 40 minutes(way more than enough time to check it) They also damaged my front bumper with deep noticeable damage to the front bumper in the process of installing my new headlights. They had my vehicle sitting there with bumper off and headlights installed but no one working on my car because they start other jobs before finishing what they started so they don't loose business. They had more than enough time to make sure all lights were working properly but failed to do so, they make you leave your vehicle for hours so they have time to work on other cars.

very bad service they do not know about mechanics I took a car a year ago and they told me they have nothing and in 2 days the car broke down on the freeway and today I went to fix my truck it took 3 hours and they tell me they have nothing is just lead of gasoline and my car it makes a noise in the engine they didn't even take time to start the car until I told them sir, it makes a lot of noise you can start the car !!!

Workers all looked drunk and reeked of alcohol on both times I went. Even the owner Mateo grabbed a beer and was drinking it while explaining what my car needed. I should have expected his poor service from this. Horrible job to my car. It was leaking and Mateo said he would fix it, he charged me wayyy too much around $1000. For that price I expected it be perfect with no leaks. After the job was done, I checked my car for a couple days and it was still leaking from the same spot. I had taken pictures before so it was the exact same spot. I went back and told him about it, he had his worker check it, and then said he could not do anything about it because it was supposedly leaking from a new and unrelated spot. He then said all he could do was fix that new spot for another $500. I asked him what parts needed to be replaced (so that I could just buy it cheaper), he claimed to not remember the part name. He just said something for transmission. He kept saying he would check the part name, but never did. He obviously did not want me to know the part name. Anyways I gave it another chance, and he said this time it would be perfect and if anything was wrong, to let him know after. When his workers finished the next day, I again checked the car. It Again was leaking! Went to tell him and he again said he fixed what he had to fix and that he could not do anything about it. To sum it up, he robbed me of my money and did not even fix anything!

Got my brakes/rotors changed here & once the job was done I immediately heard scratching coming from my wheels. The mechanics had to retouch their "finished" job at least 3 times before I drove off without any scratching noises. As I was waiting for my car there was beer & alcohol bottles throughout the body shop. When I asked the shop owner what kind of parts his mechanic installed he gave me a brand name instead of specific parts. Seemed as if he made it up or it was the first thing that popped up in his head. Overall I wouldn't recommend.

Great service. Reasonable prices. The mechanic knew exactly what he was doing. My car is now running wonderful.
