Female rep today Monday March 25 2024 at 3:40 pm was no help at all. I went to store. Just me. No one else. She was on her phone talking to a baby sitter and complaining about money she owed to the baby sitter and saw me standing there. She took 8 minutes and 32 seconds then she got off phone and then she said computers were slow and for me to come back tomorrow. She need to be fired

I came in my phone wasn't working correctly and I admit I had my doubts as to the knowledge they would have to be able to fix my phone but the lady that helped me actually knew what she was doing and fixed my phone and had it working in a matter of 2 minutes so needless to say I'm super super impressed and super happy if we're giving this place five stars I give it more if I had to bility to anyways my experience was excellent very good customer service very friendly and knowledgeable about the phones and service that they sell I would definitely recommend

My experience I'll be honest was terrible. I tried a few times with that metro store because it was the closet to my house. I currently have TMobile and Metro for certain purposes. I was displease with how the sales associate from this location from when I visit the store, unfriendly, not helpful, lack on people skills, lousy customer service, treat their customers horrible. The Metro store off 13th, isn't any better. Pretty similar service.
