Aby help me I buy a 49.99 Phone and came out with 234.24 and when ask her to explain the charges she cant do and charge activation fee and add me a insurance fee without ask me if I need it and activate the phone in new account when I have 2 lines with metro only to charge more now when merge to my account after 14 dais of use I have to paid my entire month this is a rip off if you need new phone go to corporate store

On Thursday night August 15th at about 8:35 will you pull up to the store to get a brand new phone activated only to find that they were closed. We quickly pull up another store at White Road and tried to go there but sadly they were closed to. By this time it was too late to go to Eastridge or anywhere else actually honors the hours that are listed on their business.
