I don’t feel like my needs were met for 25.00. No one has money to just give away. I just never have a good experience at this particular Metro. I don’t it’s more about sales and commission or providing a great service to customers enough for them to continue to go there. Perhaps it’s a hit or miss. I don’t plan to go back to that Metro. There use to be one on Steven Creek that was good.

Great service and friendly staff! I can’t say enough about my fabulous experience at this location.The manager is very knowledgeable and professional. They had everything I was looking for and great prices.

I've had good experiences at this store in which the staff has been able to effectively resolve my phone issues. However, I had an incident with an employee here recently. My issue started with a broken hot spot that I had gotten a replacement for. The Metro PCS phone customer service was attempting to charge me $50 to activate the replacement. I decided to try to get the activation done at the store. A woman with long eyelashes told me they couldn't activate the hotspot. I would have to call customer service again. I told her about my previous experience and the attempt to charge me. She said they were going to have to charge me regardless. I went to my car and called customer service. The phone rep was able to activate the hotspot without charging me. I went into the store to let the woman know that I had managed to activate the hotspot without getting charged so that she would know the next time someone came in with a similar issue. She was assisting a pair of customers with an activation. Another employee asked if she could assist. I said I needed to speak to the other woman, but I could wait until she was finished. She said she was about to go to lunch. I said that what I needed to tell her would only take a minute, but I would wait until she was finished with her customers. After 10 minutes, she finished with her customers and went directly into the back room. I waited a few more minutes, but she did not return. I asked the other employee if she had just gone to clock out for lunch. She said that she had actually clocked out 10 minutes earlier, but stayed to finish up those customers. "I tried to tell you." This raises some questions. Is this store forcing the employees to work through their lunch? Did she volunteer to keep working, even though the other employee could have taken over for her? (There were no other customers in the store.) Was the employee avoiding me because she thought I was going to yell at her? I don't know because I had already left. Good customer service includes listening to your customers, even if you think you're not going to like what they say.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at this store. On two separate occasions, the sales representative overcharged me for services that were not my fault.During my first visit to the store, the sales representative failed to activate my new phone with a SIM card. He replaced it with a new SIM card and charged me for it, even though this was not my fault. This was already an inconvenience, but it got worse during my second visit.The sales representative lied to me about the price of a cell phone, stating that it was free with port-in. However, when I received my receipt, I noticed that I was charged $49.99 for it. This is unacceptable, as I specifically asked about the cost of the phone before making the purchase.Additionally, I have attempted to reach out to the sales representative multiple times through text message, but I have not received any response. This is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.

The customer service at the 400 E Santa Clara office is run by bigoted haters. I've been a customer of Metro for years and enjoy the services provided. However, my last visit at the location previously mentioned I was treated pretty much as usual as the gals there went into their hater mode. I will never go to that office again, especially after being called an "old man" in the most derogatory manner.

I was there a few days ago the employee said what would fix my fone is upgrade data i did it it didnt do anything the guy was rude he had a nose ring think ill go get fone from different company were at least ill get better service an treated nicer sad part about leaving is that when cells just started i got my fone from metro thats was soo long ago "nose ring guy" made me feel that i was bother him would have gone back but WHY bother

Femi was amazing! I was on the phone with reps throughout the day, but unfortunately they couldn't help me. Femi helped me diagnose the issue seamlessly and replaced the SIM card. I was super relieved by his kind and effective customer service. I'll gladly return to this location despite being further away. He deserves 5 stars! Thanks again, Femi!

This is one of the stores actually owned by Metro. It is always super busy, but well kept in a convenient location. They have security and they staff are very knowledgeable. This is one of the two location I've went to for my cell phone needs and they have never disappointed.
