I brought in my Sprinter for service after it went into limp mode with no power. The problem had resolved itself at the time of drop off with no warning lights but they were able to diagnose a problem and fix it. John, the advisor, was very helpful and even went out of his way to expedite pi kip for me when things were moving slowly. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Just wish you could come up with a better system in regards to picking up your car from service... no fun paying a big bill maintenance bill then having to wait to pick up your car... just saying! Other than that kudos to everyone I've had contact with at the dealership!
