The only reason why this is not getting Five-stars is because it's super expensive. I was apprehensive on going to this establishment because of all the bad yelp reviews however, I went anyways encountered a young man by the name of Augustin, which, by the way, blew my mind with customer service and assistance in finding the right size and color of clothes for my Christmas party. Thank you for your help

The young man who helped was courteos and knowledgeble. I like to walk and look at what's on dispaly. I like a little time alone. I dislike being immediately swarmed by sales staff. In my view engagement with with sales stsff, and at what evel, is also dependent on the.customer. Seldom, I feel.ignored.They.awknowlege me then.i seek them out when I'm ready.

Please do your research before shopping here! This location is severely understaffed. We had to wait a long time to get help with choosing my partner's wedding suit.We decided to get altercations to ensure the suit fit him well. They rushed the measurement process and ignored his preferences. So of course they turned out horrible. To our dismay, we had no time to get it fixed before the wedding. And after reading multiple other reviews, it seems like the refund process is not worth the hassle. This place is expensive and NOT WORTH the price. The suit was already expensive, but each altercation added a lot to the initial cost. We spent hundredssss just for it not to work out.For less than the price we paid , we could have got a good custom tailored suit from Indochino. (we had an amazing experience with them before)Definitely will not be shopping here again.

Shopping for a tux, which is a big purchase... walked in to the Stevens Creek MWH location, my GF and I were never greeted, and never helped... I watched them greet other customers, along with asking them if they could be of any help, which they weren't swamped, three employees were partially standing around... I eventually asked an employee, who said he was the manager, about why I wasn't greeted or helped, which makes me wonder if it was due to my tattoos, and he basically ran away and didn't even reply... we ended up walking out, went and bought a tux at Macys. Usually have had a good experience at MWH, especially Roseville location, they're always attentive... but the reviews are correct for this location, the employees, which starts at the manager, definitely need customer service training.

This place is terrible. These workers here do not even want to open the store. Really tried to give them a shot even after checking the reviews. Listen to what everyone else says. Stay away from this location. Got here when they opened. He said 30 mins. Waited 30mins and now he's saying 2 hours til the doors open. What is going on???

To call and be put on hold and never taken off and then to call back and immediately be hung up on is incredibly unprofessional. To have employees bad mouth other employees regarding their competence in front of customers is unprofessional. To not get a suit ordered in July right by the 3rd try in August is UNPROFESSIONAL. Men's Warehouses might be good, but not this one.

Joined the queue to get assistance getting fitted for formal wear. Received a binder from the rep and no help or input on matching styles. I was measured incorrectly, only found out when we visited another location because of such a poor experience here. If I didn't get this corrected, I would've shown up to my wedding in capri pants because the measurements were about 6" too short. Do better.

Had a great experience shopping for men’s shirts here. The assortment was decent, and I ended up leaving with a few polos and t-shirts. I know Men’s Wearhouse is traditionally known for their suits, but I think their selection of casual wear is worth checking out too.

Just visited today. Such a mean representative once entered to store. Waited almost 15 minutes after trying one shirt and the representative was super busy braking the boxes and standing at front counter. He was keep looking at me instead of asking me if I need another size but asking another customer who entered after me, fyi there are only 2 customer in the store. I would say try other location of Men’s Wearhouse if you wanted to be treated well. Definitely not visiting again this location of the store.

At Men's Wearhouse on Steven's Creek, Alex exemplified an outstanding work ethic. His expert grasp of my requirements, ready assistance in fetching any item I sought, a demeanor brimming with professionalism and affability, all while efficiently managing a bustling store - these qualities made Alex's performance truly commendable. His exceptional capabilities warrant significant recognition and appreciation.

If you've got an appointment for the fitting for a rental, I guess they take care of you. But if you're just a free floater, the person who's doing the rental fittings won't give you a second glance. First time here, didn't know you can just pop into any dressing room. Asked the worker if it's possible to get a room for try-ones, to which she aggressively grabbed a door handle, and seemed exasperated as she flung the door open for us. Literally didn't say a word or look at me. Thought it was just her work attitude, but then she sweetly told the rental customer to "please head to this room whenever you're ready."The dressing rooms do not have mirrors. There are about 3 or 4 mirrors scattered along different parts of the walls throughout the store. == One worker was very kind and helped us gauge the correct size and recognized that we were waiting for a lengthy amount of time before being addressed at the check out counter. Much thanks and appreciation to them. == For a quick one-stop shop with just 6 days before a wedding, this place did the job for $500 (suit jacket and pants). It is what it is

I purchased about $200 worth of shirts a week ago and could not try them on at the store due to the packaging (understandable). When I came back a week later to return one of the shirts that didn't fit well, was told I needed to provide my cellphone number in order to process a return - no exceptions. I never provide my cell number unless necessary due to the security risk (many businesses attempt to coerce their customers into providing a cell# in order to later spam them with advertising, or worse, sell the personal info to third parties.)Was not told at the time I purchased the shirt (when I declined their original request for my cell#), that I would need to provide it in the event of a return. They happily rang up the sale. I understand that a cell# is necessary in some businesses (Uber, pizza delivery). Selling menswear in a brick and mortar store is not such a business. After shopping there for over a decade and spending in excess of $1,000 on suits, coats and shirts, the lack of consideration for my desire to protect personal data convinced me I won't be going back, even though it will cost me the price of a new dress shirt that doesn't fit me.

0 customer service, don't come here.Walked in hoping to just buy a dress shirt in the correct size. Employees were actively avoiding helping me even though I was one of 2 customers. They were just sitting in the back while I tried to make eye contact for help. Going to a different men's warehouse lol.

I have to be honest and say that sometimes coming in here, it feels like you’re dealing with people with a GPA of 1.5 or lower. Thankfully Robert went above and beyond, healing my beef against Men’s Wearhouse (for now) lol.I’ve come here a few times before for the men in my life and without fail something has gone wrong. This time my brother was getting a suit for my wedding, the first guy who helped us was… struggling. We didn’t realize until weeks later when we went to try on the suit at my tailor that he not only sold us the wrong jacket (a different brand than the trousers and a different blue) but also we paid to get a jacket that wasn’t the one we wanted altered. On top of that the jackets tag said 42R but my tailor measured… it was a 46 and looked like pre-hulk on my brother. After finding all of this out, I came into men’s wearhouse today ready to throw down after so many bad experiences. Thankfully Robert’s kindness made me relax a little and I explained the situation calmly haha.Typically the store won’t refund a jacket if it’s been already altered, which means we were going to have to pay for two jackets. Robert talked to the manager and saved us 700 dollars. He managed to not only return the wrong jacket, but also charge the same price for the new one despite it costing more than 50 bucks.I really appreciate this delicate attention to the customer. It would have been a horrible day if we had to have paid so much for a mistake that wasn’t ours. Thank you, Robert. You saved us money and stress :-)
