“I had a great experience shopping at Bononos. I made an appointment and got measured. We tried lots of different sized pants shirts and found clothes that fit better than I've ever had. Once the sizes were done we picked through styles and colors. The sales people were kind and courteous. She knew her stuff and helped me find clothes that fit what I was looking for and up leveled my look.
The clothes arrived 3 days later and have all fit perfectly.”

“I purchased a 49er hat from Jeans Plus and wore it to the game. It is a beautiful SnapBack. The plastic piece on the left side of the back of the hat had become unstitched. I brought it back to the shop. The owner after discussion asked me to leave the hat and he would see if he could get it fixed. He fixed the hat and it is again beautiful. I appreciate the customer service and jeans plus going above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I've been buying clothes and other items for my son from Jeans Plus for many years. I will continue to do business with this establishment.”

“Quite possibly the best buying experience I have ever had. I first walked in here recently to find my wedding suit - Jim was the first person to come up to me and led me to this beautiful blue suit. After viewing a few others I knew the first suit he picked was perfect for me. That day I didn't buy that suit because I wanted to see what alternatives were out there. There's a lot of good suit places in San Jose, but nothing quite like Eli Thomas.. Jim and his staff were so friendly and attentive and know exactly how your suit should look. I ended up coming back to see if I can order that exact suit, which at the time wasn't in my size. To my amazement Jim had the right sized suit ordered, shortly after my first visit, and it arrived the time I came in. Jim is a very confident sales man, and rightfully so.. it shows in the level of rapport and trust. Highly recommend buying your next suit from this store - my suit looks excellent!”

“This five star review is for Zoleikha who works in the jewelry department. She is very friendly and has great customer service. I arrived to Macys today around 11:40 am. I went to the jewelry department to do a return.
At first I saw Janet who also works in the jewelry department. I asked her if she could help me with a return. She said she was helping a customer and had one ahead of me. Janet said besides I'm the only one here today. I'm by myself. I said ok thank you I can wait. Once she left I heard her say in a low voice this will take a while. I waited until 12 and saw Janet helped the two customers she mentioned. What does she do! She left and went to a small room. Janet left me waiting.
I saw Zoleikha and asked her if she could help me. She smiled and said sure. She wasn't on the clock yet and decided to help me. The whole process took about 5 minutes. I did see a difference in treatment and customer service. Very disappointing.”
