The lady who has tattoos on her arms (sorry I don’t know her name) holds a strange attitude and definitely is not nice. I don’t feel welcomed here and if I have other options I won’t come purchase anything at this location.

Poorly trained staff messed up my returns and did not care to rectify their mistake.I went in to return a gift I received from my friend. The staff mistakenly returned the funds back to my friend. They did not confirm where the funds would go before completing the process. After their mistake the staff (both the cashier and the manager) were very dismissive about their mistake. They didn't offer an apology nor did they really think much about how to fix their mistake. The manager then had the audacity to tell me that I NEED TO GO CONTACT MY FRIEND TO GET THE MONEY BACK. What kind of customer service is this?!? They made a mistake and they're asking me to fix it myself?

The service was excellent – came in because the diamond was MIA from the ordered ring. They swiftly replaced it, making the process a breeze. However, the men's section seemed a bit sparse; it's like they're whispering, "Hey, guys need some shine too!" ??

**This review is for my experience at the piercing studio!**I had a really great experience through the entire process of booking to getting my ears pierced. I decided on a second lobe piercing and was able to get an appointment 2 days after I decided. I came in, selected my earrings, and went to the back with Modey. Modey was incredible, they explained everything about the entire process extremely thoroughly and you can tell how knowledgeable they are! They really know their stuff! They wore a mask and had plenty of measures to ensure it's all sterile and safe. They also have meticulous aftercare instructions that makes it so much easier to navigate taking care of my new piercings. I'm also relieved to know that I can DM them on IG if I have any questions about my new piercings. As far as the pain, it was really not that bad at all -- no worse than a booster shot. I booked my resizing appointment and I'm looking forward to it!Highly, highly recommend Mejuri for piercings!

Got pierced here by MODEY!! They are the absolute sweetest! I was very nervous and scared to get my ears pierced, but Modey was so friendly and just such an amazing piercer, I ended up getting 4 piercings after initially only wanted 2. The piercing space is clean and tidy. Modey does a great job at walking you through the process, they tell you what is happening step by step so nothing is a surprise. I couldn't have asked for a better piercing experience. If you're thinking about it, just go and do it! Modey is truly the best in the game!

Made an appointment for an ear piercing online a few weeks in advance. I recommend making an appointment as soon as you are thinking of getting a piercing done here because they tend to fill up very quickly. A hack is to check the website often because there are often last-minute cancellations, and you can snag an earlier slot.We got here and tried to see if there was an earlier appointment available, but there wasn't since they were fully booked so we ended up coming back after browsing Santana row. Random sidenote, is that the security guy here is very friendly. Make sure to check in with somebody a few minutes before your appointment and they'll show you the different options available. I wish I could remember the name of the sales associate (who was training to become a piercer?) that helped me look at the different options available because they were super helpful and shared their suggestions based on my anatomy. The only thing I'll mention here that was slightly disappointing was that they don't have every piercing jewelry from their website available. :( if you're looking for soemthing specific I'd recommend calling and making sure it's in stock.Modey was my piercer, and they were very professional and super friendly. They made my piercing experience which I was a little bit nervous for super comfortable. The appointment was quick easy and not too painful. I felt really taken care of when they shared aftercare instructions. I made my follow up appointment, but those filled up super quickly, so I recommend making them as soon as you're done with your first appointment.

Your guard at the store makes your costumers go away very bed coustomer service guys. He was very rude.No just that he came to the sales person even before we came in and told her that we should not get in ! And she didn’t even spoke with us and agreed. So I understand that your guard doing some selections…

Absolutely will not be shopping in this location anymore. I went in the store yesterday and first off I was not greeted by a single employee nor was anyone eager to help me in any way. I had to approach myself and even then the employees did not seem ti want to help me. They had a link out the door and were only letting in a certain number of people so don't you think they should be staffed enough to help everyone they are letting in? Second off, I had a necklace with a faulty clasp and I requested to get store credit over a replacement as I have had a few issues with clasps on Mejuri necklaces in general. The manager told me it was against company policy to provide me with store credit and when I showed her it was an option on the warranty claim form on the website she told me they would not give me store credit even if i requested it through the form and they would also insist I have to take a replacement. I decided to submit the form and guess what! They provided me with store credit. Shocker. Either she is lazy and did not want to go through the process to provide me credit or she doesn't know her own companies policy. Seriously could not recommend this place any less. I would recommend Gorjana 1000000x over, way better quality pieces and customer experience.

5 stars is not enough for my piercing experience here!! got my upper lobes done yesterday & was a bit nervous, but Modey made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. they answered all my questions & went through every detail thoroughly, from the insertion all the way to the aftercare. the best part was that the piercing itself was insanely quick--honestly felt like only 1 second per ear. i also appreciated that the Mejuri studio runs a safe & sanitary practice by using needles instead of guns. if you're looking for a fun, transparent, & comfortable piercing experience, i couldn't recommend Modey enough!

I decided to trust my gut when choosing the piercing studio by the Mejury brand. Without conducting any prior research, I specifically traveled from San Francisco. I was welcomed by the piercer Modey, who immediately took charge and carefully guided me through the entire process, starting from choosing jewelry to providing advice on the piercing and the recovery process. The piercing studio is exceptionally modern, clean, and visually pleasing. You can observe each meticulous step that the piercer takes in terms of sterilization, disposal, and instrument handling.I left the studio incredibly happy with the result and Modey's work. He is an exceptional professional with a high level of patience, attention to detail, and a gentle touch. I didn't experience significant pain or discomfort during the piercing; instead, I was filled with excitement about the result and the process itself. Modey exudes positive energy and goes above and beyond to ensure his clients are fully satisfied. I will definitely return to Modey in the future.

I first heard of this brand when my husband surprised me with gold earrings after I added new piercings. They were my favorite earrings- I wore them for a year straight! I wanted to get a letter necklace to remember a dear family member who had just passed, so I went in to see what they had. The two women helping at the counter were very friendly and I was able to try on the necklaces that I was interested in. I ended up picking the simple letter necklace- very dainty and cute and great for layering. I think I was in and out within 10 minutes. I saw some other pieces that caught my eye-- but I'll save that for another day. Thank you for your wonderful jewelry that I can wear everyday to remember my beloved family member.

I’ve read the reviews and hesitates to come for a few months. Finally, stopped by last week and was pleasantly surprised! Sales associates were sweet, helpful, gentle, not pushy at all, so an ended up buying a few items. The only downside for me was not a big inventory. Seems like there are a lot more options online than in store.

My friend and I had a great experience at Mejuri getting piercings done. Modey, our piercer, was gentle, kind, and accommodating. She answered all our questions. This was my second time getting a piercing here, and I'll definitely be back.

Had the best experience getting my 3rd lobe piercings and first helix piercing here. Modey is amazing and her assistant was super helpful. Only downside was they didn't have many of the earring options shown online so the two of us getting pierced had to pivot on what we wanted.

Came here for double helix piercings in mid-June, and I had a wonderful experience! Since these were my first cartilage piercings, I wanted to go somewhere I could trust. After speaking to other Mejuri employees who had been pierced by Modey, I decided to come back to get piercings here, and I am SO glad I did. I got pierced by Modey, and they were super knowledgeable (making sure to check where the vein in my ear was before piercing, explaining how certain jewelry placements would look and why, not to mention they have their certifications on the wall that made me feel like I could definitely trust them). It was honestly the best piercing experience I've ever had. They made sure I really loved my piercings and re-pierced in a different location when I wasn't happy with the initial placement. I would definitely come back to get pierced by Modey!With regards to price, there was a $25 service fee plus the price of the earrings (I got the pearl studs which were $85 each), so in total it was ~$215 after tax.
