Sarah was super helpful during my visit today! She assisted me with a number of things including replacing a bracelet that was experiencing more wear and tear than usual, as well as finding the right size of rings and bracelets for me. In total I left with three new items which I am very pleased with. Really glad I didn’t experience what other negative reviewers here did!

Not a good experience on Black Friday. The line wasn’t long, we went in within 5 mins. I started looking through the pieces, and whenever I needed a size or asked for help, I have to flag someone down. Even when I do, the staff would leave right away, they are not trying to stay and make sure you have everything you need. I flagged multiple people down in one setting. The shop wasn’t busy, but it felt like I was a bother to them. Overall, I’d rather shop at other Mejuri stores.

Great experiences here. I went in and they patiently helped me figure out the sizes I wanted for various rings. The workers are kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful. Shout out to Shelby, a manager there who was extremely kind and helpful!

Good jewelry but bad & unprofessional customer service that makes me reluctant to go back.
I was purchasing an ear piece and the staff told me that it’s out of stock but I can order it. She promised that shipping is free (otherwise I would have got a different one), but only after I swiped my credit card did I realize that she charged me an extra $8 for shipping!
Then she was trying to give me a refund, but she couldn’t figure it out and told me that she had to email customer service. A week has passed but there is no progress on the refund. Extremely disappointed.

The lady who has tattoos on her arms (sorry I don’t know her name) holds a strange attitude and definitely is not nice. I don’t feel welcomed here and if I have other options I won’t come purchase anything at this location.

Poorly trained staff messed up my returns and did not care to rectify their mistake.I went in to return a gift I received from my friend. The staff mistakenly returned the funds back to my friend. They did not confirm where the funds would go before completing the process. After their mistake the staff (both the cashier and the manager) were very dismissive about their mistake. They didn't offer an apology nor did they really think much about how to fix their mistake. The manager then had the audacity to tell me that I NEED TO GO CONTACT MY FRIEND TO GET THE MONEY BACK. What kind of customer service is this?!? They made a mistake and they're asking me to fix it myself?

The service was excellent – came in because the diamond was MIA from the ordered ring. They swiftly replaced it, making the process a breeze. However, the men's section seemed a bit sparse; it's like they're whispering, "Hey, guys need some shine too!" ??

**This review is for my experience at the piercing studio!**I had a really great experience through the entire process of booking to getting my ears pierced. I decided on a second lobe piercing and was able to get an appointment 2 days after I decided. I came in, selected my earrings, and went to the back with Modey. Modey was incredible, they explained everything about the entire process extremely thoroughly and you can tell how knowledgeable they are! They really know their stuff! They wore a mask and had plenty of measures to ensure it's all sterile and safe. They also have meticulous aftercare instructions that makes it so much easier to navigate taking care of my new piercings. I'm also relieved to know that I can DM them on IG if I have any questions about my new piercings. As far as the pain, it was really not that bad at all -- no worse than a booster shot. I booked my resizing appointment and I'm looking forward to it!Highly, highly recommend Mejuri for piercings!

Got pierced here by MODEY!! They are the absolute sweetest! I was very nervous and scared to get my ears pierced, but Modey was so friendly and just such an amazing piercer, I ended up getting 4 piercings after initially only wanted 2. The piercing space is clean and tidy. Modey does a great job at walking you through the process, they tell you what is happening step by step so nothing is a surprise. I couldn't have asked for a better piercing experience. If you're thinking about it, just go and do it! Modey is truly the best in the game!

Made an appointment for an ear piercing online a few weeks in advance. I recommend making an appointment as soon as you are thinking of getting a piercing done here because they tend to fill up very quickly. A hack is to check the website often because there are often last-minute cancellations, and you can snag an earlier slot.We got here and tried to see if there was an earlier appointment available, but there wasn't since they were fully booked so we ended up coming back after browsing Santana row. Random sidenote, is that the security guy here is very friendly. Make sure to check in with somebody a few minutes before your appointment and they'll show you the different options available. I wish I could remember the name of the sales associate (who was training to become a piercer?) that helped me look at the different options available because they were super helpful and shared their suggestions based on my anatomy. The only thing I'll mention here that was slightly disappointing was that they don't have every piercing jewelry from their website available. :( if you're looking for soemthing specific I'd recommend calling and making sure it's in stock.Modey was my piercer, and they were very professional and super friendly. They made my piercing experience which I was a little bit nervous for super comfortable. The appointment was quick easy and not too painful. I felt really taken care of when they shared aftercare instructions. I made my follow up appointment, but those filled up super quickly, so I recommend making them as soon as you're done with your first appointment.

Your guard at the store makes your costumers go away very bed coustomer service guys. He was very rude.No just that he came to the sales person even before we came in and told her that we should not get in ! And she didn’t even spoke with us and agreed.
