Amazing service!!!!! If you are considering purchasing a sewing machine, serger, quilter or embroidery system, GO HERE FIRST! I tried out 1-2 systems in each manufacture line. Nice to be able to test features first and compare prices.

Whenever my quilting family members are in town they always ask to come here. It is a "must go" spot. The customer service is always impeccable and they tend to have items you can't find at a chain store. They also have recommendations if you need help with something.

I recently began my search to replace my 30 year old sewing machine. Cynthia and Betty were both so helpful and patient with all of my questions and they took a lot of time showing me the different options that are available at different price points. They have a lot of machines from different manufacturers that you can try out and they also offer classes to help with your new purchase.

I took 2 classes here. My new machine basics and My new machine basic and beyond. Both classes were amazing. Mona was our mentor and she is so experienced and supportive. They supplied material to make a cute pouch in second class and I got to practice sewing a pouch with a zipper.Overall very happy and would highly recommend it.

They spent so much time showing me different models of sewing machines. Answered all of my questions and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, they really bent over backwards to make me a happy satisfied customer. And they succeeded. I love that they have daily classes and will definitely be signing up. It has the feeling of being part of the family while remaining professional. Meissner is the BEST. After having a terrible experience at another sewing machine repair shop, Meissner fixed the screw and parts the other place had broken and even found a part of the casing they broke and tried to fix with tape! Meissner was professional, detailed, prompt AND less expensive. I feel completely confident that they will be able to keep my beloved Bernina 750 going for another 5 million stitches!

I purchased the Janome 9450 just as the pandemic hit. The machine is a serious upgrade from my old Riccar with cams. Sadly with no classes available the machine sat untouched for a year and a half. Finally the unboxed and beyond the box classes were offered. I had the good fortune of taking both classes with instructor Pam. Pam is knowledgeable and organized with great communication skills. She patiently walked me through the workings of my machine. Thank you Meissener for hiring quality instructors. It makes all the difference in how much we enjoy our machines. Thank you Pam for your enthusiasm.
