I wish I didn’t have to give any star! Called and ask about the storage and told the girl about my issue she said ok come down to see what we can do by the way she new I came from Texas cause I told her before I got there ! So I Get there walk up and the guy showed me a unit and went back to the office said I’ll take it only to get turn down all because I have a Texas license!! I have everything showing that I am just moving here ! Just to put it out there me and my kids r homeless but have the little money to put the things we have on us safe in a storage I don’t understand why nothing I had on me was good enough and I ask to talk to a supervisor and he told me I couldn’t talk to the supervisor. He was the only person that I could talk to that didn’t make sense I don’t understand why it’s an issue . The storages are not even all that in great shape, but I am not picky. I would imagine you would want customers then told me to get somebody else with a California ID to come and rent the unit for me which I don’t know very many people out here and anybody that I know I wouldn’t trust them to put their name under my stuff then he told me to go get a temporary ID that doesn’t make sense to me all I need to do is just put my things safe. God please help this place and if there’s a supervisor other than Paul please give me a call, you should help people not turn them down !

This is a poor excuse for a storage service, many years and still not 1 good review or positive RATINGS for obvious reasons. They are disrespectful, rude, and have NO MANNERS for any human. The poor choice in management is a where your company is lacking. If you want to stay in business, you would be wise to LISTEN to the CUSTOMERS about the complaints, instead of brushing EVERYONE off trying to ignore it and hope it goes away. Any fool can own a storage it takes CARE, PASSION, LOVE, RESPECT, KINDNESS, INTEGRITY, HONEST, and to HUMBLE one self to be very successful! If you have not learned over 30 years where your company is failing you more than likely WON'T. Choosing your ego and pride, above the CUSTOMER is mighty foolish, stay humble your only in business because of you RENTERS. Taking advantage of these people is wrong, being a mean and having temper tantrum is not the solution! BBB shall be notified of all the chaos you create for many people, you should not be in business. WORD TO WISE DO NOT RENT HERE, THEY ARE GREEDY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RENTERS!

Decent units at decent rates. If you're moving stuff in or outta storage, I suggest you wear gloves and old clothes as you will get dirty
