She wrote down directions for a place called "Beds & Mattress" and I got lost driving around looking for it, but stumbled on this place at Ste. 70. Joseph was the "Sleep Expert" who helped us. Joseph has that kind of knowledge of the products that you hope to find when you're shopping for something you know little or nothing about. We had unknowingly picked the Black Friday sales window to shop for a mattress, and Joseph was able to give us a really nice price. Especially helpful was his knowledge of the different features, the availability, and return policies; he also helped with the delivery and setup options, and checked that we didn't need anything else such as a frame, sheets, mattress cover, or pillows. It was a really top notch experience, and the delivery and setup on the next day was perfect. We chose the new version of our old mattress, a Sealy mattress, and it's very comfortable, like sleeping on clouds.”

“I went into this store recently wanting to try out their top of the line beds, as my back has been giving me fits while sleeping recently. Khaled was there to greet me, and proceeded to give me phenomenal customer service. I am fortune he was there for me, as I learned A LOT about sleeping, and his product knowledge was second to none. He bent over backwards accommodating my every whim and question, as I figured out which I liked best. Although I had to postpone my delivery for a few days and I'm still waiting, I KNOW that my new LuxeBreeze Tempur-Pedic with adjustable base and matching cooling pillows is going to be life changing for me. Mancini's had a great promotion going on this awesome bed, and Khaled sweetened it even more to make me feel great about the deal I got. THANK YOU Khaled! He and Mancini's will be getting any referrals I can muster up, and I'll be sleeping deep and sound, smiling as I recall my awesome bed purchasing experience at Mancini's.
P.S. - I almost failed to mention: I am married, and my wife was not with me when I purchased this bed. I'm certain she's going to love it. I love to shop, am good at it, and tend to buy the best and keep good care of it to last for years. While I can educate myself, process and decide quickly, my wife is the complete opposite. So I get in trouble a lot. I finally figured out how to tell her about this, and, either I'm getting better at breaking the news, or she's sick and tired of waking up achey. How do I know? Because for the first time she smiled when I told her of my latest "big ticket item" purchase... I can tell she can't wait to indulge our sleep (and other activities) either! A win all the way around!!”

My partner and I went to many chain furniture stores (Ashley, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, IKEA, and World Market), before Furniture Discounters. We found quality and design in the same place at this store. Anthony was great! He gave us all the information we needed and the space to decide without any pressure. He was very responsive and helpful during the time we were waiting for our new furniture. The furniture was delivered on time and the crew were wonderful! I love the smell of our leather couch and the chairs are soft and comfortable. The quality of craftsmanship is up to my standards. I even checked the couch and it’s made with real wood, not particle board, as promised. I cannot speak to the longevity of the product yet but hoping they last a lifetime. I highly recommend this place and if you need anything, you can trust that Anthony will provide you with great service.”
“I stopped by City Sleep Furniture in search for a new bed : A bed that fits my comfort level and within my budget . As soon I walked in the owner was sitting at his desk . He right away asked what I was looking for and I told him . The first mattress he showed me fit my comfort level and was within my budget . I paid for the bed and was given a 2 day delivery date . My bed arrived covered in plastic . The delivery guy had a bit of a problem unloading by himself and somewhat of an issue putting the bed frame together , so the set up took awhile , but he finished and I was satisfied and still satisfied :) I will go back to City Sleep Furniture for future purchases .”

Haven was super helpful and not at all pushy which I appreciated. I fell in love with the Lewis and Haven helped me find the correct size and best fabric. I'm so excited to receive it!

“They were very helpful and patient as I tested out many recliners and went back to the ones that were prospects and actually sat in them awhile to see how well they met my needs. I told my salesman John I was going to be there awhile trying out the chairs and he said no problem, take as long as you need, and I did. I found a rocker-recliner that fit my lower back, got up and down, walked around, sat again, rocked, reclined, walked around some more, sat and rocked some more, and finally said I was ready.”
