My wife said it was time for a new mattress because our old one was 20 years old, although it seemed alright to me. She wrote down directions for a place called "Beds & Mattress" and I got lost driving around looking for it, but stumbled on this place at Ste. 70. Joseph was the "Sleep Expert" who helped us. Joseph has that kind of knowledge of the products that you hope to find when you're shopping for something you know little or nothing about. We had unknowingly picked the Black Friday sales window to shop for a mattress, and Joseph was able to give us a really nice price. Especially helpful was his knowledge of the different features, the availability, and return policies; he also helped with the delivery and setup options, and checked that we didn't need anything else such as a frame, sheets, mattress cover, or pillows. It was a really top notch experience, and the delivery and setup on the next day was perfect. We chose the new version of our old mattress, a Sealy mattress, and it's very comfortable, like sleeping on clouds.

Today we walked in with no expectation as to what we were going to buy, but with the exceptional sales service that we received, we walked out with a temporpedic king-size mattress. In addition, we got $300 credit to purchase sheet covers and other amenities; the convenience of the delivery being available for tomorrow really our day.

Joseph was great. He was with another customer but asked if we had a quick question. We said we would wait. Joseph was helpful and pleasant. We needed a new frame. We were in and out quickly.

Went in and met Chris who was absolutely great! I told him what my budget was and how I needed a softer bed, he was extremely transparent and pointed me to exactly what I needed. I ended up saving a ton because of his advice! Highly recommend his service at this store.

This is are fourth time coming back to purchase additional mattresses. Hannah has always helped us out and explain thoroughly each feature and her co-partner is just as great. We are super excited to get a new mattress for ourselves since our old mattress is 15 years. Definitely recommend this place.
