Omg! Jun was amazing and actually pulled what I needed right out of my reluctant soul lol. I decided when I walked into the Mattress Firm that I couldn’t afford anything in there. Jun engaged me and listened to what I needed. He then showed me how I could afford a mattress set within my budget, sold! What a great experience!
After my purchase, Jun invited me to try a couple of the higher end electric beds, I left the store thinking how can I get one of those? I see a new bed in my near future!

had a fantastic experience with Jun! their expertise made our trip efficient and affordable, you could tell they wanted to get us on the right mattress for us, not just trying to sell us on the fanciest and most expensive model. Jun was able to find us our mattress and set up our delivery in under an hour, saving us from an afternoon of having to shop around a highly recommend!

Shout out to Jun for staying after closing to make sure we were taken care of! He was very helpful and personable. We had very specific needs, and he made sure we checked all the boxes for budget, comfort, temperature, and everything in between. We were very pleased with his transparency throughout the process, which he made super easy. He addressed every concern we had regarding delivery, return policy, and more. He helped us get the best of Labor Day deals, and got us exactly what we wanted/needed.

We've been going to Mattress Firm for the past decade for all our mattress purchases. Our recent visit was to the Cottle Rd store. Jun was very knowledgeable about the various mattresses, he understood our requirements/budget and was able to make good recommendations. He made the purchase process very smooth.
