Got charged for a bra somehow. I only purchased 3 items but got charged for 4. I told the lady to double make sure before i paid. So then i had to get a refund.

This Marshalls has a nice selection and good parking availability. What I really like, however, is that even when the checkout line looks very long, they move people through the process quickly. And in the event you need to return something, they're very efficient and pleasant.

It's a bit out of date, but there are a lot of regular items in stock, and if you look carefully, you can buy great products at low prices.

Terrible. The line was 20 deep, I had already been waiting 20 minutes and they only had 2 registers open. When I asked if they could open a few more registers, the check out desk manager said they had no one to call. 20 minutes of additional waiting later, she calls for back up. Terrible, terrible customer service.

This place was ok, I came in for a new shirt and pants and found something that would be fine for my next company meeting. $10 for black pants and $16.99 for a nice rayon top? I'll take it. Good value. I also found some new towels for the bathroom. Overall there was not much variety at this store and it looked kind of messy and disorganized. But the checkout girl was super nice and patient as I looked for my $10 off coupon, so heck, I deem the trip successful!
