I’ve used these guys 15 years for refrigerator, Dryer, washer and stove parts. Just fixing my stuff and maybe a freinds. They give clear instructions and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need.They don’t dress fancy and have boxes of parts sitting where you wait. If you want fancy, go someplace else. If your want parts and advise, this is the place.Art

I have been a customer of Marcone's for 15 years plus . In the last 2 months they have blocked my account 2 times because "we don't order enough parts from them". I was told it cost them to much money to process the parts on warranty claims , so they dont make enough money off my account , I was told they are actually losing money on my account . I stopped using them because shipping cost are to high . If i order 3 parts for a customer , all 3 parts are shipped seperat, causing 3 shipping charges. I am also in the business of making money and Marcone is no longer reliable for my productivity or cost effect for my customers.

My family's business has been using Marcone for 30 years.The last 7 years their service has went down hill.Shipping nightmares and no accountability. So bad that when you ask for a name you get no response.Personal account manager at West coast customer service.If we treated our customers like that we would be out of business.It seems to be acceptable these days.I have complained with no results so I have taken most of my business elsewhere.It's a shame! It's not anyones pleasure when your employees are rude.This review is for online ordering and personal account manager complaint not a retail location.

Terrible experience. Chris is very rude person. Demanded me to wear mask, however didn't wear mask himself. Told me to leave store.

We were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service we received. Furthermore, the customer service rep was rude.Details:We found the customer service website link to be absolutely useless.Trying to contact someone via telephone to order a part also turned out to be a complete waste of time.I waited 20 min on-hold to talk to someone who was for the most part unhelpful and seemed in a hurry to rush me off the phone. This person did ask me for more detailed information but was unwilling to hold while I retrieved it.The second phone call required another 20 or so min wait. This time, armed with the necessary information, I was promptly told that they do not service my brand of stove. While informing this person of my last phone call, I was rudely disconnected. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was not very pleased with the work of this store. The store refuses to accept returning goods after 2 hours! Also, the store does not deliver goods at the agreed time.

I'm with Marcone from 2016 and customer service was horrible all this years. But now, with wonderful girls in the shop, everything changed. Marcone now is much more customer oriented.

Beware of this storefront. Like many of the other reviews listed, this company should be out of business--their prices for parts are astronomical and there customer service is horrendous. I went to this store to order simple knobs for my GE range. I did not order the parts online because they convinced me they could get the correct knob that I could not find online. When the parts arrived, they were the same $5 parts that I had ordered online, only they had tried to charge me $40. When I questioned this with Alex, he just shrugged and said 'I guess that is all we can order'. He then told me he would return them when he got around to it, but right now he was busy. These types of businesses need to go away--I want to support storefronts, but this reminds me why these businesses are dying.

Lisa knows her stuff! I came in with a lot of questions and looking for multiple items for an oven, stove, refrigerator and washing machine. All I needed to say to her was the name brand-she went around the corner, came back with the part. She answered calls, helped a Co worker with his customer and gave me great customer service!
