I went into this store recently wanting to try out their top of the line beds, as my back has been giving me fits while sleeping recently. Khaled was there to greet me, and proceeded to give me phenomenal customer service. I am fortune he was there for me, as I learned A LOT about sleeping, and his product knowledge was second to none. He bent over backwards accommodating my every whim and question, as I figured out which I liked best. Although I had to postpone my delivery for a few days and I'm still waiting, I KNOW that my new LuxeBreeze Tempur-Pedic with adjustable base and matching cooling pillows is going to be life changing for me. Mancini's had a great promotion going on this awesome bed, and Khaled sweetened it even more to make me feel great about the deal I got. THANK YOU Khaled! He and Mancini's will be getting any referrals I can muster up, and I'll be sleeping deep and sound, smiling as I recall my awesome bed purchasing experience at Mancini's.
P.S. - I almost failed to mention: I am married, and my wife was not with me when I purchased this bed. I'm certain she's going to love it. I love to shop, am good at it, and tend to buy the best and keep good care of it to last for years. While I can educate myself, process and decide quickly, my wife is the complete opposite. So I get in trouble a lot. I finally figured out how to tell her about this, and, either I'm getting better at breaking the news, or she's sick and tired of waking up achey. How do I know? Because for the first time she smiled when I told her of my latest "big ticket item" purchase... I can tell she can't wait to indulge our sleep (and other activities) either! A win all the way around!!

Wonderful staff Steve helped me immediately. After a search in the heat driving around all day, I walked into the Mancini sleep world store in San Jose and was helped within seconds and a deal was made on a great mattress. Thank you. I will be a lifelong customer.

We came in to buy the purple harmony pillow, and Steven was super helpful and friendly. Great customer service and clean showroom. Will definitely come back when in the need for a new pillow or mattress.

About 5+ months ago (the reviews are not dated), the now FORMER manager of this store, Roland (Richard), who considered me his best friend (platonic), asked me to leave a 5-star Google review naming him, which I did, and I am retracting it. I live in Contra Costa County and have never stepped foot inside a Mancini's store outside of my county nor have I ever purchased a bed from Mancini's. I wrote the review as a "favor" to him. I had never before posted a google review.On September 9, 2023, Richard’s married lover (Suzanne D.)--whose Yelp profile pic is of her and her husband of 37 years--wrote a 5-star Yelp review, and I wrote a review questioning the veracity of the review. Has her purchase been verified?Simply put, I am disheartened and dismayed.
